What I really like about it is many fold: 1) this one building contains the former belongings of like 100 grandmas, so you don't have to wander (drive) to several houses to browse, which lets face it can consume most of one day; 2) the treasures are abundant! They had everything from vintage clothing to furniture to books to toys. Really, a ton of stuff! I'm always partial to kitchen items, my wife gravitates to books and records. There were even 2 old dollhouses here, which I loved for a friend who collects dollhouses! 3) no one pressures you, or rushes you. We spent quite a while in here, searching and sifting, and we probably could have spent way more time if we'd been patient ourselves. If you enjoy estate sales and flea markets, you MUST scope this place out. They have limited hours, only on the weekends, which I'm grateful for because it's tough to get out during the week. It's easy to get to, there's plenty of parking, and you might find some cool treasures, like C & I did!

When Brenda was done our home was empty and ready for the new owner. I can't say enough about how hard Brenda worked. We could not have accomplished this without her. When Joshua James replied it was very thorough and I was impressed, plus I already heard about him through some friends and other referrals. Once we started looking at homes, he was extremely efficient every step- whether it was me asking really basic questions that were simply obnoxious, or whether it was me asking questions that required a long explanation- he always answered efficiently, professionally, and made everything understandable to a beginner. By the end, I felt like I owed him because I learned so much. He knew a lot about homes/areas we visited and had expertise in multiple areas. I knew I was interested in real estate and eventually wanted to go into it myself, and Josh's knowledge and passion gave me more interest myself. Each time we'd visit a house (which I also went to SO many houses and made a couple bids that I won and ended up not taking.... probably a real estate agent's nightmare but he never complained), he worked well with everyone he interacted with: professional, funny, relatable, and knowledgeable. Later, another worker tried to charge me $2 for every bracelet inside, even though that wasn't what I was told. When I adjusted what I wanted and brought it back, she suddenly said she "didn't feel like writing a ticket." At that point it felt shady, like she wanted the container for herself. I left everything and walked out. I definitely won't be attending any of their estate sales again. GEORGE, Actually, I am not incorrect. I was told directly by one of your staff members that the entire container--including the jewelry inside--was $7 because it was two hours before closing and everything was half off. That is what I was going by. The issue wasn't just the price. The issue was the unprofessional behavior. When I brought the adjusted items back, your staff member looked at me and said she "didn't feel like writing a ticket." That alone speaks volumes about the customer service I received. Whether your signs were posted or not, the way your staff handled the situation changing prices, contradicting each other, and refusing to write a ticket was unprofessional. That's the part I'm addressing.

Change the way you are running the business and you will get more sales. I found it aggravating.
