I have had to hire other contractors just to fix the major issues they created. The most egregious one is that they installed my hard wood flooring in such a terrible way that there are bubbles in several spots in my home. It's literally a trip hazard. When I had a flooring expert come over to assess the damage and what it would take to fix it, he stated "this is the worst flooring installation I've ever seen". They also removed all exhaust and ventilation from my master bath and didn't know enough about bathroom renovations to know that would damage my paint and my walls. I now have to have an electrician come in and reinstall an exhaust fan and a painter repaint most of my bathroom. I had several other paint and flooring issues but they are too many to name. It should also be noted that we began work in early January on this year. I moved out of my home so that they could complete this 4 week project. It is now October and I still wouldn't consider it complete. Tim and Charlotte hired subpar professionals to do work on my home. They demanded final payment and then refused to stand by their work when issues arose. They have now gone out of business and refuse to return my texts or emails despite promising me they wouldn't do that. I deeply regret working with them and warn anyone else considering hiring them to think twice. Unfortunately, they lack the integrity to stand by their work.

After repeated calls and messages, I was finally told that legal action was already being taken by another client -- which only raised more red flags. As of today, I've received nothing for the money I paid, and the company has made no effort to resolve. This feels like a total breach of contract and possibly fraud. I'm now pursuing legal action and filing complaints with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office and consumer protection agencies.
