Given their limited hours (especially for us working moms) and having to drive across town it will likely not be possible for me in which case it would have been way more convenient for me to order to my house. When I bought the car seat I tried scheduling an appt when through their website and that function was not working, and it did not specify it was only Monday through Friday only. Overall happy to support a local business but I think it would have been more convenient to have just bought online and shipped to my house.
