Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Parveen and I have really enjoyed my stay here at the Streeter. The staff are helpful and friendly. This building and its halls are kept spotless! Whenever I call maintenance they are always prompt and they get the job done. I am extremely picky about where I choose to live and the Streeter does not disappoint. I especially enjoy dealing with Noah who is always helpful, patient and friendly! The amenities are plentiful. The jacuzzi's are maintained and kept clean. Other buildings have failed in their attempt to keep their jacuzzi clean. Sauna and steam rooms are immaculate! They have a swimming pool adjacent to the jacuzzi. They have an awesome gym too! Close proximity to everything! Unbeatable!!! The Amazon package room is run well and they haven't lost a package yet. This is impressive and difficult to achieve. Elevators run smoothly and I never have to wait. The building really demonstrates how they care about their tenants and they take pride in their jobs and it shows. I have given them a five star rating because they earned it and they deserve to be praised for their work ethic and dedication to their tenants and the community. I highly recommend the Streeter. I cannot say enough good things about them! The Streeter is welcoming and I encourage everyone who wants a good quality of life and a clean environment to move to the Streeter. Warning: South-facing units are a sauna and management isn't transparent. We were specifically told we'd have independent temperature control -- our #1 priority when signing -- but management quietly shut off the building A/C for the season without notifying tenants. Even with outside temps in the 30s & 40s and windows open, our south-facing apartment reached 82°F during the day and stayed at 76°F overnight. When we requested an early lease termination due to a medical condition that makes me sensitive to heat, management refused, falsely stating that allowing it would be discrimination against other tenants. They also refused any cost assistance to transfer units, despite the high cost and effort of having to move again. Even with a portable A/C and windows open, the temperature never drops below 74°F and still climbs to 80°F daily. It's made working from home impossible and sleeping uncomfortable. If temperature control or transparency matters to you, think twice before signing here -- particularly for south-facing units. read more

WARNING!!! If your looking at the Streeter Apartments Unit 212 better have a Speedo and a pair of goggles. I lived there for 4 years and my kitchen sink backed up and flooded the kitchen for exactly 8 times in the 4 years I was there. Fortunately and I think because of the COVID lockdown I was home during those wet times. If not, my pups would've been swimming in Lake Michigan. I was promised each time that this problem would be taken of so that I wouldn't have to worry. The head engineer- Addis is not a man of his word and the office has lied to me numerous times. Before I moved out (just 2 weeks ago) I told management it is not fair to rent that apartment Unit 212 to someone else who is going to experience the same kitchen sink headache approximately every 4-5 months. Just moved in yesterday but the place is so gorgeous and incredible! The staff are SUPER helpful. Harris has literally been my lifesaver through this move in process, and everyone is so communicative and accommodating! I've had like 10 packages arrive already for my move in and everyone has been so helpful to me and understanding! Would definitely reccomend to anyone looking for a luxurious place to live! We lived in The Streeter for the past year and overall our experience from the start of the leasing process right up to move out went very smoothly. First of all the apartment (2 bedroom with balcony) was gorgeous and paying a little extra for them to install wood floors in the bedrooms is totally worth it. The view is incredible. We faced north and east so we had both city and lake views. But honestly, the western exposure is also pretty awesome (we toured an apartment that faced west and you can also look west from the storage lockers on the top floor). The amenities floor with a gym, library, pool, hot tub and business center and a very nice outdoor "quiet area" are really well done. There's also a giant community room. And the staff here is also so friendly: from office, to door staff to maintenance: everyone was pleasant, friendly and super helpful. A shout-out to Michelle, Brenda, Gregg, Dereck and Kendall. They all made us feel right at home. Of course it's easy to be all of that when times are good. The real test is when things get a bit difficult and I'd have to add that the way they have managed the pandemic and some of the issues in the city were very good. They quickly adapted the building to the pandemic, kept residents updated (or answered questions when they were asked) and responded to community concerns about safety. That couldn't have been easy. There's nothing like going from a tour of an ultra-luxury highrise rental like The Streeter down to my ghetto-ass Columbus Plaza that makes me wish I had a better job. My lease is coming up for renewal, so I checked out The Streeter today. Man, now I know what pricey can be in downtown Chicago. When I moved to Chicago in 1990, two-bedroom apartments downtown didn't cost nearly as much as a studio does here. While the property is all very beautiful, all the wonderful perks on the amenities floor are built into the cost, so it makes sense to use them. The gym, outdoor pool, media room, party room, resistance pool, business center and various sun decks and garden look terrific. I checked out a convertible and a couple of the one bedroom plans. All very nice--stacked washer & dryer in the units, pretty kitchens and my fave: an ice maker in the fridge. But while everything was nicely apportioned, there were a few things that would bug me about living in the units: bathrooms don't have medicine cabinets, only small drawers under to the sink. The kitchens are incredibly small--few cabinets, no pantry and not as much counter space as I thought there should be. Wiring is a curious choice in the convertible--only one wall has an outlet, so it would be impossible to put a television opposite the bed unless you run a wire around the room. The one-bedroom's balcony is tiny--barely big enough to put two chairs on; the convertible has no balcony. The pricing structure I was shown has a separate line item called a "Utility Package"--an additional energy surcharge above the base rent which includes heat, AC, gas, water, Internet service and basic extended cable. This is a relatively new additional charge showing up in some of the newer highrises. But if you don't want to use cable or use their internet provider, tough. Strangely, a few units have an electric baseboard heater, so you'll end up paying for that too, since electric's not included in the Utility Package. read more

I moved to The Streeter in March 2021 and left in December. Overall, it's a great building - very quiet, fabulous amenities, and some really kind and amazing people working there (especially Olivia, Katrina, Ken, Michael and Christine - thanks so much for everything!!). That being said, recent high turnover with the front desk staff has led to some serious issues. I've had people let up to my apartment after someone in a different unit gave permission, and it took over a month for them to update my phone number despite multiple requests. Most recently, a new hire hadn't realized they had my spare key I left for my cleaning service, and told me to check with the front office. The lady at the office was rude and condescending and didn't take the situation seriously at all - I mean, a key to my home was missing, isn't that really concerning?! When the key did turn up, no one from Village Green even apologized. My neighbor friends have told me they've run into similar issues. For this reason, I unfortunately can't recommend what was otherwise a wonderful building to live in. read more

Over the past 8 years I've had the pleasure of living at The Streeter. JP, James, Donna & team - including all the door, dry cleaner & bld maintenance staff - are true professionals. If you are looking to live in Streeterville, this is the building you should select. On those rare occasions when an issue pops up, the team responds quickly to resolve it. If you're new to Chicago like I was years ago, this location is convenient, has a Whole Foods a block away and offers easy access to all transportation. There are also tons of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The building itself offers amazing amenities - spacious gym, outdoor BBQ's, pool deck, dry cleaner and a business center. You also get fantastic views from almost all units and the building is always kept in top shape. Heading to the West Loop to start a new chapter and will have fond memories of living at The Streeter! read more

It was spectacular but horribly inappropriate for my situation and I don't miss it at all. To say I settled, though, is an understatement. This place is without a doubt one of the best downtown. POSITIVES *Floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views (on high floors, at least) *Excellent closet space *W/D in-unit *Location -- a block from the Lakefront Path, three blocks from Michigan Ave shopping, boatloads of restaurants... Need I say more? *Gym -- free weights, weight machines, cardio equipment, and a bball court. Clean and well-maintained. *Pool deck -- beautiful, entirely sunny after ~11am, and it opened sooner than all the buildings I see from my window. *Pet-friendly *Maintenance -- friendly and helpful. I had one come and drill extra shelving into my closet the day I moved in, and he helped build some of my furniture for extra $$ *Community room -- giant flatscreen TV, bar, mini fridge, pool table, arcade games. You can rent it for the day. *Side decks with Weber grills and additional seating. *Media room -- lots of computers, printer, copy machine, and DVD vending machine *Library -- tons of books and seating for quiet studying *Parking garage -- unassigned or assigned spots ($185/$285). Garage is huge, spaces are huge, and it feels secure. [[Some of the other buildings I saw had the most unbelievably cramped and claustrophobic garages I've ever seen. How you park more than a bicycle in them, beats me!]] *Coffee machines -- one in the lobby during office hours, another in the media room (which I didn't discover until way too late but hilariously found it with a line of people out the door at 6am one day!) *General atmosphere (lobby, hallways, elevators) is beautiful. Every friend who visited said, "Wow! This looks like a hotel!" *Basic cable, water, heat and A/C included in rent. You pay for electricity. *Tech-savvy management/leasing office. They're responsive to emails, notify us of building happenings via email, and you pay rent online. NEUTRAL *Door staff -- some are absolutely brilliant and always crack jokes with me or at least smile, others... not so much. There is a ton of turn-over, and only one has been here longer than a few months. *Leasing agents -- a couple are nice or at least civil, then there's the rest who you wonder what side of the bed they woke up on. Every. Day. *Steam room and sauna are never on, so if you want to use them, you'll have to turn them on yourself and wait....for a long time. *Lots of events, however, many had a very small capacity and were booked immediately and/or got canceled. *Relatively far from a dog park. My pup was still potty-training when I moved in, so he could never hold it beyond just outside the door -- which is all flower patches that say "NO DOGS" :( He doesn't read.. *Fooda -- In-lobby delivery from local restaurants twice a week. The actual food was always different from the menus we received beforehand, but I'm not sure whose fault that was. *Residents -- pretty hit-or-miss. There are loads of young people (lots of students), and some "uppity" wealthy/older folks who think the sun shines ....... NEGATIVES Take off your rosy glasses. An entire review of raving and glowing wouldn't be completely honest. *Sound-proofing -- you hear everything going on in the hallway, even if you're on the other end of your apartment. This includes yappy dogs and screaming children. Also, the person next to me had their alarm clock go off at 4am one day (weeknight) and must have been out of town because it went off for two hours :-(( *Sirens -- you're a block from Northwestern Medical. I hear sirens AT LEAST 20-25x per day. Get used to it. *Insurance -- This one is HUGE. The building's insurance DOES NOT COVER YOU in the event of an accident. Make sure your renter's insurance covers your actual apartment and not just your "property" (things). Some people's apartments flooded and they were stuck paying close to $10,000 in damages. *Indoor pool and hot tub were closed almost the entire time I lived here. Their location is super awkward -- they're right in front of all the cardio machines, so you would feel like a circus act if you went in. *Rent hike -- I heard other people who moved out before me complain about this and, well, they were right. My place spiked up a few hundred dollars as did all the others. I had about half my floor move out within a month of each other, but new people moved in. Think twice before you lease here. There are many other options in the luxury apartment category that have better views, nicer amenities and lower prices. Some places to look at are: the sister complex Streeter Place (should open in August, has different owners, lower prices and better amenities), Aqua, Tides, Shoreham. Reasons to avoid The Streeter: Ineffective and inept management - not only are they rude, they are useless and unhelpful as many more recent reviews on other sites state Limited view - since the Streeter Place building came up a few months ago, the majority of the lakefront views are blocked Absurdly high price - these guys are charging more than any of their competitors for an older and less appealing building with fewer amenities Price gauging at the end of your lease - obviously the owners didn't go to business school. They are the only luxury complex in the area that raised their market rent in 2009 during an economic recession. If you make the mistake that we did of leasing here, Streeter Management will then raise your renewal rate at the end of the lease, refuse to offer the same discounts new residents are getting and act like jerks during the whole process. They have no focus on retention, hence the 40% turnover rate and horrible service once you sign the lease. Shrinking amenities - no more breakfast on Weds, no more plastic cups by the coffee machine (bring your own), limited use of the pool (you can't bring friends), etc. Parking garage lacks security - there have been several cars broken into in the past few months Poor construction - the quality of the building is laughable. I can also hear the conversations of my neighbors through the vents. One of the construction guys that worked on the building told my neighbor that the owners took every shortcut they could when they were building the apartments. That makes me feel safe. Pros: shopping cart you can take to Dominick's, easy to get a cab If I knew a year ago what I do now, I would never have signed a lease here. I hope you avoid the same mistake. read more

Talk to her with your problems about the building. :) As for the amenities, there is a budget. People have been stealing coffee cups and other free things that the Streeter gives out. They cannot afford to give luxurious products when people are taking it for granted. I love the Streeter. Gorgeous building and I'm so glad they opened up another one. Personally, I think the amenities are wonderful. Outdoor pool, indoor hot tub and resistance pool, indoor half court basketball, gym, outdoor garden area, BBQ area, party room, entertainment room with free popcorn, library, free Internet with free copying and faxing and free coffee. It really doesn't get much better than that. I have seen the 2 bedroom apartment and a studio and I have to say, I like the studio a lot more. Although you get less, it seems like you are getting a lot more. Beautiful view at a great location. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. read more

Lived here for 2 years now. Loved it. Stayed in two other apartments in the area and this was by far the best. A little pricier than others nearby but the rent includes great amenities and utilities (including heating/AC which is key to spoil yourself in Chicago). Gym is fantastic and has 3 barbells, rare outside of commercial gyms. Amenities otherwise were also great with 24/7 coffee available and free printing. In my experience, management and maintenance were both very responsive and accommodating. There were a few hiccups in my move in (old apartment had a few minor and one medium problem with appliances) but were quickly fixed. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely live here again/ would have lived here earlier. read more

One of the newest additions to the Streeterville neighborhood, The Streeter aims to be the most luxurious rental property in Chicago. Their tagline of "uncommonly convenient" rings true ... sometimes. As one of the first residents in the building, I have experienced the best and worst of The Streeter. All told, I have been extremely pleased; however, some of the wrinkles leave a bit to be desired. The thing that set this apartment building apart from all the others is the extraordinary quality of amenities: an outdoor pool with grills on the sundeck, a full gym with an almost-half court basketball court, steam rooms, saunas, a hot tub, a resistance pool, a media room with a plasma TV and video game/music set up, a library, and a business center. If that wasn't enough for you, in addition to free breakfast every Wednesday and pizza parties for Bears games, there's a coffee machine that dispenses freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate. Additionally, there are party rooms and guest suites that can be rented out for a small fee ($175 and $100 per night) The floor plans certainly are spacious enough, and I love the green-tinted (energy efficient) floor-to-ceiling windows. The river and lake views from the south side of the building are magnificent and the pool deck looks out onto Navy Pier. The only drawbacks are the almost-constant presence of construction workers putting the last finishing touches on the buildings and the cheap kitchen appliances. Seriously, if you're going for a luxury-to-the-max reputation, why would you put in the cheapest sink/stove/fridge you can find? It boggles my mind to this day. Apparently, construction is starting on The Streeter II just to the east of the present tower. All I can say is that I feel bad for those who rented the 3-bedroom units in the northeast corner of the building, because the view from their apartment is going to get significantly less elegant. read more

Since living in the city 5 years ago I have moved 4 times. Mostly because I either disliked the location, landlord, or the apartment. I wouldn't necessarily call myself picky but I know what I want in terms of amenities, cleanliness, management & location location location! I moved into The Streeter last year in May and well...I have lived in this building now for over a year and plan to stick around for a few more. Here is why! CLEAN. They are impeccable when it comes to up-keeping this place. GREAT MANAGEMENT. They could not be more helpful & someone is always there when you need them. AMENITIES. The 13th floor has not only a gym and amazing pool but a basketball court, hot tub, resistance pool, study room, BBQ area with grills, fire pit, party room, FREE popcorn, library with coffee, movies & anything you need for a long night of homework. 24HOUR DOORMAN. I feel super safe & love that people need permission to enter. AMAZING VIEWS. The apartments have the best views with floor to ceiling windows. LOCATION. You are a few blocks from Navy Pier, Michigan Avenue & pretty much anything and everything. The list could obviously go on and on but I will stop there. ***For everyone else who says they are absurdly priced*** Have you found anything that is cheaper and can top living here??? I didn't think so...If you are THAT cheap then good go waste your money somewhere else. read more

The Streeter is an amazing property, located near everything. The key for me was the staff. The sales staff, door personnel and package staff make every interaction a positive one. This is amazing when you consider the number of residents. My unit was ready as promised and paperwork was a breeze. Upon moving in I had a few questions, which were immediately answered by the on-site maintenance staff. Finally I spoke to many residents who had lived here for number of years. they all said the same thing they loved the building and regretted moving, usually because they ended up purchasing something. Amazing management team, maintenance team, and doormen. Everyone here has been so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Typically the maintenance team will respond on the same day, or the next day at the latest. We had a maintenance issue on Christmas Eve, and got fixed within half an hour. The building provides pretty much all kinds of amenities that you could think of: free coffee, library, computer room with printer, gym, pool, game room, etc. The rent is not cheap, but sometimes they have promotions, or you might try negotiating a bit during low season. I would highly recommend this rental building to my friends. read more

I lived here for a year and the place was horribly run and incredibly expensive for Chicago and the value. I came from NYC and had to move quickly so this was easy. I liked the idea of all the amenities and the easy. Boy was I wrong. The gym was broken down and when I wanted to use it there were personal trainers constantly taking up space. The printers in the computer room never worked. The grill was always dirty. It was very hard to get the ppl who "worked" at the front office to do anything during the 6 hrs a day they worked, and during the summer they always took up all the pool space. It makes no sense to live in a very expensive, very poorly run place, in a not great neighborhood. If u must live in streeterville u should choose any of the other places. read more

This place has earned its five stars. It's the best. Let me cover what are for me the essentials... Location: It's walking distance to everything. Two blocks from the lakeshore and park, across the street from Whole Foods and one block from the soon to open Target grocery store, three blocks from the riverfront, steps from multiple bus stops, five blocks from the Apple Store, three blocks from many doctors' offices, two blocks from the ER (yes, you can hear sirens but on the other hand I had a medical emergency two years ago and simply walked to the ER - not bad), one block from the AMC Theater with 21 screens, two restaurants in this very building so I don't even put on a jacket in the middle of winter to go to the two restaurants, pet store across the street, an ATM in the lobby, and even the Art Institute isn't much of a walk. Amenities: Well, just look at the website. They're sorting out the business center in terms of making the printing capabilities perfect, and it's nice to have both PCs and Macs. They've tightened up things in terms of personal trainers having outside clients so as of a few weeks ago the fitness center is nowhere near as crowded - it's just right. And that professional grade Starbucks machine in the lobby is great. I've compared other high-end buildings within a half-mile radius and the few that even have that coffee machine charge a buck a cup, which is just nickel & diming the residents, in my opinion. Price: As I said, I've compared other buildings in the vicinity. The prices here are decent in comparison. If they weren't I'd have moved years ago, but as it is I've been here almost five years. I'm not the kind of guy to be locked in by inertia. If the prices here were out of whack I'd consider moving, but the prices are more than reasonable. Soundproofing: Maybe it's just me but I don't mind street noise. After all, I live right downtown in a huge city, so that's just part of the urban buzz that doesn't bug me. If I didn't want street noise I'd move to the burbs. (Never again!) And I don't mind noise in the hallways coming into my apartment. It's rare, but it happens. But it only happens when there's a group of people yakking by the elevator while they wait a few seconds for the elevator to show up. It's nothing. What I really can't stand is noise coming through the walls from neighboring apartments. I just can't stand it. It almost never happens here, but when it does happen once or twice a year the 24 hour staff do something about it immediately. This place is great that way. The sound attenuation between units above and below is ideal (several inches of concrete) and the sound one occasionally hears from adjacent units is really the nature of apartment living. What counts is that the building takes care of it promptly and that it rarely happens. Staff: This is where the building especially excels. The doormen (and doorwomen) are always exceptionally courteous and professional. In five years I've had plenty of dealings with them and they are without exception terrific. The M-F dayshift doorman, Ray, is in many ways the face of the building and he is nothing short of stellar. The maintenance crew (24-hour!) is incredibly courteous and helpful and prompt in responsiveness. They take care of even the little things with no hesitation. They do extra things, they remember things. They don't slack off on holidays or evening shift. It's really amazing. And the cleaning crew always keep the place up to snuff. Their efforts really show. I mean, they dust all the gym equipment every single day. What's up with that level of thoroughness? The sales staff are responsive and friendly. One of them even let me use the printer at his desk recently when they were fixing the business center printers. How good is that? And perhaps most significantly is the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager: most of my dealings have been with the former (John-Paul), but they are both deferential, professional, competent and friendly. It's clear they enjoy their jobs and that they're in a line of work for which they have terrific aptitude. They certainly run a good building and adhere to the rules, but they strike the right balance of looking at each situation on a case-by-case basis and making allowances apropos to the particular set of circumstances. They're not automatons, in other words. I feel like I've been almost absurdly accommodated to at The Streeter and that's what makes this place special, that's what keeps me renewing my lease, and that's why I can so whole-heartedly hop on Yelp and go on and on about this place. read more

One initially comes to live at The Streeter because the location is amazing, views are awesome, amenities are terrific, building is impeccably clean, and apartments are trendy. But one continues to live at The Streeter for several years, as we have, because the building is incredibly well managed by a management team that is professional, personable and they care! We got lucky when we rented this place for 3-days. They started a new policy where they will only rent out for at least 5 days. Our apt was on the 47 floor which gave us a great view of Chicago. The 2 bed 2 bath apt was just about the right size for couples traveling together. I would definately come back if we were able to get close to the top floor again. The TV was a bit small, Wi-Fi was provided. However the bathroom were not as great as an apt near the top floor should be. read more

I relocated to Chicago and moved into the Streeter early 2016. I looked at many many Apt buildings as I was looking for amenities and space (open layout). Our experience has been excellent, starting with the staff. Frankie has been an above and beyond resource during and after the transition and so has the rest of the staff at the Streeter - from the door staff (Raymond is awesome) to the maintenance folks. I lived at the Streeter for a year and would definitely be renewing my lease if I wasn't moving. The building is clean, modern, and has a great location and views. It's a convenient walk to the lakefront path with an Ohio St access path. The gym is great and it's never too crowded, many times I had it to myself. The staff and doormen are great and always courteous. Dean, JP, Frankie, and everyone else in the front office are always friendly and there to help. I'm gonna miss living here for sure. read more

From the location, to the views, to the management staff...it has been a pleasure to be a resident here. The gym has everything needed and there enough equipment so there is no wait time. The sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room just add to the relaxing and inviting environment. Dean, one of the managers, has been incredibly proactive and informative in terms of the moving process. He is also always friendly and takes the time to say hello and make sure everything is going smoothly. Donna is also another friendly and positive manager at the Streeter who takes the time as well to say hello and to ask if everything is going okay. The attention of the staff is just an added bonus to this luxurious apartment building. My view includes part of Lake Michigan, a peek of the River, the Sears tower, and the NBC tower. This is a fabulous residential building. Five years ago, I signed a 6 month lease. I have been renewing ever since. I love the apartment layout, location, spectacular views, great amenities, lovely neighbors and most of all, the staff and management. Sure, there are new buildings opening up in the area. They wag incentives as inducements to move. I am planted here because I have the security of knowing management and staff. They make this place a carefree home. Always responsive. Always friendly. Constantly seeking ways to improve and make it a differentiated living experience that is unique and fun. Who could ask for more? If you do, good luck finding it. read more

I have lived at The Streeter a year and like it a lot. first, the management here is very friendly, helpful, and they go out of their way to be of service. Second, the building is beautiful, well maintained, and has first rate amenities. The pool, hot tub, resistance pool, pool table, party room, steam room, sauna, free coffee, library, computer room, basketball court, and exercise room are clean and beautiful. The heat is included in the rent - not true at the newer building streeter place across the street. I've lived at the Streeter for years. It just keeps getting better and better... and that's saying something, because it's an amazing building already. I am constantly talking to friends about how much better my life became when I chose to move here. This is an experience, a lifestyle. The amenities floor is top notch, the staff and management are the best, and the people who live here are a community. I could go on and on about how every aspect of this property is manicured and updated regularly, but it would take too long. 345 E. Ohio is the jewel of Streeterville. When I moved here it was only going to be a one year stop. I'm on year six and don't plan on moving any time soon. :) Lastly, The cost of living here is basically a wash when you include all the amenities you get, the security of an elite door staff and the knowledge that if you need anything fixed, it gets done that day and maybe that hour. Spoiled at the Streeter! I absolutely love living here! Let's start with the essentials and things you would expect: The layouts in these apartments are great where every inch is useable living area. I'm not on a super high floor, but I have a really lovely view! Utilities included (except for electric), that means in the summer time, I can keep as cool as I want! Everything is well maintained. Really. They are always working on something to get something fixed. They don't even give me a chance to complain about it. Parking is probably the cheapest you find in the city, because it is run and owned by them. Amenities! The gym is like a mini-Lifetime! It's great, it's clean, and they got every machine for every muscle, plus free weights and a half-court basketball court. They got an outdoor pool, grill, rec room, library, and a business center. Let's talk about things that really kick things up a notch. First and foremost, it's the management team. They live here, they don't shy away from you, and they aren't hiding from you. They greet you, know you by name, and they follow up with everything! Secondly, the management team! They truly make residents at other buildings jealous. They have events and parties. They keep the building lively. They invite food trucks and restaurants during the evening to serve and sell food. Third, it's the management team! They fix everything. Light bulbs went out? They came to fix my light bulb. I didn't have a plunger... they unclogged my toilet. I needed to fax something for personal/business related matters; they faxed things over for me... 3 times. I needed help setting up my bed, they had extra time and they came by and did it for me. Lastly, ... yea, it's the management. They are always notifying us for every positive or negative thing that is going on, not keeping me in the black hole and always being informed of what's happening. I've read some old comments from 2009 and it seems like the management was different then. Don't know about that since I moved in 6 months ago in 2014. Now they are on top of their game and nothing's changed since I signed my lease. They followed through with every promise they ever gave me, which was a shocker! It's amazing how the people working here really make a difference. Walking in the lobby always feels bright, cheerful and welcomed. You know when you have a complaint, they got your back instead of telling you it's your fault some how. All the other stuff, the amenities, the room, the shared areas are big, beautiful, clean and well maintained as it should be. I feel spoiled here and afraid to live elsewhere. I know what its like when property management is trying to do the least possible work and incur the least amount of costs by ignoring all the residents. That's not happening here and I don't want to be a resident in that type of management again. Yes, I totally recommend this place to you.
