My fiancé and I decided to try personal training at Boss Fitness, and now we're completely hooked. The owner, Mario, is fantastic--he creates workouts that are both effective and genuinely fun. Shortly after we started, I injured my Achilles (not at the gym), and I was worried I'd have to stop training altogether. Mario was incredibly accommodating and modified everything so I could keep working out safely without making the injury worse. She checked in after workouts, helped me understand my form, and supported me as my body adjusted and began the recomposition process. Her guidance made a huge difference in helping me stay consistent and prevent injury. I walked into BSF to check it out and the owner was there at the time. He gave me a walk thru of the gym and answered all my questions. The prices and different options were pretty good. I signed up and love having the flexibility of 24/7 access. The gym is kept clean and the equipment is in good condition. I haven't had to wait on access to equipment or run into over crowding. People are there to work out and keep to themselves. This is right up my alley and I really like what BSF has to offer. I think you'd agree if you are looking for a good gym and can run your own strength training.
