There was always so much stuff floating in the pool. It was disgusting. Over the last year it slowly improved, until one day, about a year ago, I noticed the pool was totally clean. For the first time, nothing floating in the water. These days the pool is almost always completely debris free. Even as the pool cleanliness situation improved, it seemed like nothing was ever going to be done to clean up the jacuzzi. There was a buildup of greasy grime along the waterline that looked like it had been accumulating for years. Well, on my most recent visit I noticed someone finally tried to clean up that buildup in the jacuzzi. They did a pretty respectable job, too. Still a little grimy because they waited far too long to address the issue. You can see how hard someone had to work trying to remove that buildup. So I try to call to get some assistance. No matter what selection you ask for, it transfers and says "it cannot complete this call at this time" with the low ratings, website and phone issues, looks like I dodged a bullet. My fiancé and I decided to try personal training at Boss Fitness, and now we're completely hooked. The owner, Mario, is fantastic--he creates workouts that are both effective and genuinely fun. Shortly after we started, I injured my Achilles (not at the gym), and I was worried I'd have to stop training altogether. Mario was incredibly accommodating and modified everything so I could keep working out safely without making the injury worse. After years of burnout, I needed a program that would help rehabilitate my body, rebuild strength, and support hormone balance. Ella customized every training session to my needs and goals, and she was incredibly encouraging. She checked in after workouts, helped me understand my form, and supported me as my body adjusted and began the recomposition process. Her guidance made a huge difference in helping me stay consistent and prevent injury. After several months of personal training, I had the strength and confidence to join BossFit's group fitness classes, which are excellent! All the trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive. The owners, Mario and Stephanie, have clearly put a lot of care and intention into what they've co-created. I signed up and love having the flexibility of 24/7 access. The gym is kept clean and the equipment is in good condition. I haven't had to wait on access to equipment or run into over crowding. People are there to work out and keep to themselves. This is right up my alley and I really like what BSF has to offer. The space was welcoming, the instructors were warm and encouraging, and the energy was pure empowerment. They met me exactly where I was--physically and emotionally--and helped me build strength I thought I'd lost forever. Slowly, class by class, I began to feel muscles I hadn't felt in years waking up again. I started standing taller, moving with more confidence, and, dare I say it, feeling powerful.
