Super unprofessional! Highly do not recommend. Listen to bad reviews. I wish I had. I booked for may special 30 units for 270. They cancelled on me and reschedule for June and said they would honor that special. We'll June has 50 units for 450. So I asked if I could use that one. They assured me yes if i mention it when I come for my appointment and check in. I received for 47 units and they charged me 470. When I said I was being overcharged the person got really rude and I professional. She said we haven't had 30 units for $270 IN A LONG TIME. I said no you cancelled on me and said I could use mays special. She has to look up the text conversation then tried to put it on me by saying you wanted 50 units for $450 so you don't get that 30 unit deal anymore. Ok but I only got 47 units. She said we saved the 3 for you. Ok so 50 units for $450 still doesn't equal 470! Then I said why are you being so rude and she got even more rude and said you're being rude. All I want it to be charged correctly. I don't even know what my results are; I will never give my business somewhere that treats clients like this. This business was in the wrong and treated me like trash over their mistake or their trying to scam me - not sure what you want to call it. There are plenty of other med spas in the area. Take it from me, your business will valued elsewhere. There's a reason they can offer $10 unit Botox and a reason they are changing their name 1 star because they let me come in earlier at the last minute so at least I didn't waste my time. read more

This was my first time visiting and it was extremely uninviting. There was a blonde woman working the front desk and not even a single smile, very short and cold. Then I was taken to the back and again just very cold. I asked where I could sit and the response I got back was "can you tell me your bmi?" They had me back there for about 30 seconds to have me find out I barely didn't qualify for ozempic and told a med spa isn't right for me then sent me on my way. The weight loss shots here are kind of a racket. $50 to talk to a doctor via zoom (money hurdle 1); then they make you start at bottom doseage for either semiglutide (basic) or terzepatine (more expensive) - hurdle 2 to get up to where you need to be for anything to do much. They will only up your dose every 2 weeks under the veneer of medical safety - hurdle 3... (to incrementally separate your money from your wallet and keep you spending as long as possible) which keeps you invested and there weekly. If you are a day over 14 days you have to start at the bottom dose. In fairness, they do let you know this but its just imo nonsense as i know people that take Ozempic/Wagovy willy nilly without issue. The final straw as i was thinking about checking out anyway as it was just getting expensive with zero results: I missed the 14 day window by 2 days after spending months of money and being consistent and they wanted to start be back down at the bottom. No other solution other than i was told i was seeing results from Terzepetide (the more expensive one before i got good sense to change to Semiglutide early on). I was done.. shelled out a $1K or more and back at original weight. Very robotic money mill... clinical, not in a great way. Just another business scheme but not much concern with providing value. read more

I scheduled an appointment here for a chemical peel. I arrived at the location, did all the paperwork, and paid. Then I went back and did a video consult with a RN. Well the nurse or aesthetician came back to do my treatment and after looking at my skin decided it wasn't for me. I really appreciate her taking the time to guide me in the right direction because a lot of places would've continued with the procedure especially since I had already paid and wasted their time. I've been coming for a month now. It's a bummer not all the staff are very friendly - just haven't gotten the warm and fuzzies from anyone. They offer compensation for leaving reviews and referring others. Twice it has not shown up on my account. The manager was not there today so nothing could be done. When I expressed I was disappointed that this keeps happening I was told they were doing me a favor by offering the compensation and that didn't sit well with me. Would be nice to have more friendly staff who make you feel like a valued customer. Changed from 2 to 4 - the lady that assisted me today was very friendly and nice. She was the one who also assisted me on the first visit. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to answer questions and be helpful. I arrived midweek for my first afternoon appointment Botox appointment at this location, I found them because of there sign in front . I made the appointment the week before . I filled out the questionnaire and waivers for new patients online to speed up the process. I'm was taken into a temporary room . I spoke to a nurse on FaceTime on the business iPad the assistant brought me Answered a few simple questions. I then was moved to the next room for the actual procedure. I waited a few minutes then the nurse came in the room and introduced themself. Seemed very nice , and wanted to give me a lot more than I have ever had before ( 20 years ) . I explained, then the nurse was willing to try my usual amount . I was told to frown and smile so they could see which exact areas . There was also an assistant helping with ice packs during the procedure , so that was different but great The office manager was very helpful and was able to pull up my Alle points without me having to do anything! Another great service The appointment was probably a total of 40 minutes, which may have made it shorter since I went on the website the day before and signed all the waivers and medical history beforehand. I think if it's not a first appointment probably would only be 30 minutes. When procedure ended the assistant put arnica on the injection area. My face was little swollen and sore. There was one bruise on my forehead the next day .
