I just had an appointment for fillers, they have my credit card on file, obviously, when I arrived they told me that they don't serve people over 70, because their insurance doesn't cover them, sounds like age discrimination to me, will talk to my lawyer... Terrible. Don't waste your money. I went there for 9 months every week. Spending over 1k a month. Today their internet was down. I drove from Poway on my lunch break and am out of town all next week for work. No help at all. I asked if I could pay cash? no When would the internet be back up? they didnt know and said come back. I went back and the head girl says I called the owner we wont be serving you as you weren't nice to the girls. Seriously I asked for my medical records so my dr would know the dose She says 72 hours. I said I will be in NYC then and miss the medicine and dosage I need. There was no yelling , name calling nothing I left and came back. Crazy customer service They have Doctors that set up treatment over zoom but apparently a dewsk clerk can just end your medicine. Isn't that dangerous read more

The receptionists seem newer and still learning how to communicate with clients. I do appreciate that I provided feedback to the reception team and Dr. K was kind enough to reach out to me directly to rectify the miscommunication with front desk. The main reason for the 5 stars is I like the services provided and I believe Dr. K offers them at a reasonable price. Don't ever call them questioning their fraudulent antics or the owner, Alex, and his unprofessional staff will tell you to find another spa (in the middle of a treatment). Very unprofessional, I wouldn't be surprised if this place gets sued one day for negligence or discrimination (if they haven't already). THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT WITH THEIR PRICING!!! However, I am trying to make an appointment and they are forcing me to share my credit card information on phone for any cancelation which does not make any sense for me. No one is supposed to share credit card-bank information on phone with anyone. No place has asked me before to share my credit card or bank information. Even though I tried to convince them that I never canceled and I will be there for sure. They did not do any appointment for me and this is frustrating. I have never heard any place asks for my credit card information on phone. I hope they will have some flexibility on this matter. They will lose clients with this strict attitude.
