I had an excellent experience with the San Marcos location for about eight months, resulting in a weight loss of about 25 pounds using the compounded Semaglutide formula. I discontinued injections this past January or February. Recently, I have been reading articles about compounded Semaglutide being discontinued. I called and spoke to someone at the front desk, who is not aware of the situation. I am disappointed that the weight loss journey has not been as successful as previous treatment. My doctor explained that weight loss clinics will dilute weight loss drugs to lengthen a treatment, creating more of a profit for the clinic. It's a very clean space. I liked that about it. Very hard to get someone on the phone to the right before n after. I asked some questions being that I'm new to the place and the woman on the phone seem irritated with me. When I came in the young woman at the desk just stared at me and picked up a sign for me to read that said they're closed for lunch. Didn't even look at me or asked if I could come back. This was at the San Marcos location. I wish I could say this is the first time I was treated like that. I've been to the Menifee location and had to wait for the girl at the front to finish the bowl of whatever she was eating for her to even greet me. I had severe bruising beneath my eye after receiving Botox (I look like I got punched in the eye) and after calling to let them know, 3 days later Andee texted and said "Oh gosh, I'm sorry! I've been coming here for about 6 weeks now. Going on 7. They had a good deal on a package for 10 weeks of lipo shots, that was getting ready to increase in price. I initially came with an appt, since the website seemed like I needed one. When I got there, I was told no appt is required for shots. Only if you want pills. The pills they give are phentermine. I will not take phentermine so I'm just doing the shots. You're literally in and out. I come during my lunch break and it takes me longer to drive there then the minutes I'm inside the clinic. Staff is always kind. I can't say these shots are giving me energy like I expected or producing any weight loss, but my food choices play a huge factor in my results. I honestly don't recommend it for weight loss. Technicality you only pay for pills, not for service. I don't like the way the make me wait just to get the prescript pills. The first time I went there, they just gave me a lot bunch of sheets about a keto diet, the pills and that's it. No weekly recommendations or anything. Also, I took my mom there too and we had to make an appointment like one month before, then, we got there at the time the put to us, and we ended waiting 1 complete hour to get the service. About four weeks ago, I found myself feeling extremely fatigued and I have never felt my energy level so low before. I eat right, exercise regularly, and take plenty of supplements. Ok, a friend referred me to Before-N-After. I didn't even realize it was so close to where I live. I went online and viewed their website. Downloaded some paper-work then scheduled an appointment. It's a very comfortable office with friendly people. I met with a nurse practitioner that was very friendly as she explained the program. I was even more impressed that it's not a hard sale full of high dollar pressure. She took my blood pressure and was concerned. She explained it was too high to start their program. She did however give me a B-12 shot which only cost me $5.00. She gave me some information on the Dash diet which could help me reduce my blood pressure and she wants me to check it daily at the same time and bring my results back. read more

I went to Before N After for a couple of Botox treatments. My first went well but my second did not. I am not one to usually leave reviews but I think it's important to know what you're getting yourself into when you pay a lot for cosmetic services, so here I am. My second Botox treatment didn't take completely. I called within the time period I was told (2 weeks) and they scheduled me for a touch-up. I was charged over $100 for my touch-up : / They said that the rules had changed. I haven't had many touch-ups before in my time of using Botox but I've never heard experienced being charged. I was shocked but I paid and figured that maybe (?) I just needed more. My touch-up by the same injector also didn't fully take, so I called again and was told to wait a full 2 weeks. Long story short, over the phone I was told that they would make me another appointment but that they do charge for touch-ups now, even for second touch-ups. If I am having to do a second touch-up, shouldn't we be questioning how it was injected? I can understand charging for the first touch-up when it's your first time and they're trying to figure your face out. I get that. But I've been there before and they know how much Botox it takes for me and it's not over 55 units *shocking* The manager wasn't willing to discuss the possibility of the injector being at fault. The girl was incredibly kind during my appt but if I usually take 40 units and I'm still moving at 55 units then maybe I shouldn't be paying for a second touch-up. If you haven't had Botox before, note that I paid $150 more on my second appt and was being told that I would be paying even more if I came back in. I realize I am going off a bit here but I've never had this happen to me before and I feel a bit taken advantage of. I know businesses are struggling with COVID and all, but it's important to be respectful of your client's time and money or they will go elsewhere. I know, I understand I'm just a drop in the bucket...apparently.... Personally, I would research other options that have better touch-up policies. And btw the manager read the policy to me and it still sounded like I should have been covered? The policy says I should get a complimentary touch-up if I do the amount of Botox that the injector recommends, which I did. I would just find another place IMO. By the reviews it sounds like they generally do great work but you need a place that will support and back you if your Botox is not taking. NOTE: Since I am not able to put a comment to the manager's comment to my post, I wanted to respond here. Please note that I told the manager good bye on the phone, so I do not see how that constitutes as hanging up on her : / Yes, I was upset but please keep in mind that paid A LOT money initially (which I am totally fine with) and then was charged again...and then when that didn't I was told that the policy is that I would be charged AGAIN if I were to come in. It's now a week later and I have so much movement :( A complete waste of money and I'm a single parent. Once again, just do your research, especially if you're new to Botox. Sometimes you do need adjustments (I've been getting Botox for about 9 years) and if the original botox is done right you should only need a little more and it's generally complimentary. You should never have to pay $150 more and then not have that Botox take, again, we well : / Clearly the injector made a number of mistakes and I was made to pay for it, plus I now have to go somewhere else to fix it and pay all over again. I did Botox there and was not satisfied with the results - the effect was gone in a month(!). Then I came for Juvederm and again the results are really disappointing- hard lumps in my lips and the gel was placed too superficially. I'm not coming there ever again. As well, they never return phone calls and ignore your presence when you enter their office. read more

Both my mom and I come here for B-12 injections. Same quality, but more affordable than my doctor's office ($5 for the B-12 for single shots). The staff is very courteous and I've never had to wait very long- I walk in at my convenience, no need for an appointment. They have good office hours- open later than 5pm couple of times during the weekday and open on Saturday. If you're looking to get Vitamin B shots, I highly recommend this place. If you pre-purchase a set of shots, you save even more (40 for 10 shots for the B12)! Sprouts often has someone come in to give Vitamin B shots once or twice a month, but this place is more economical. Highly recommended. read more
