When I picked Fred, our Bassett hound up, the owner was rude. She said Fred had pooped on her floor, so she put him in her office and he pooped in there! No kidding?! Strange place, strange people. Why would you put a animal in a personal office and punish them because they pooped?! I'm still livid and if I knew where to report this place to whomever I would! The groomer trimmed both of the dogs very very well and shaved a lot off. I don't rly understand complaints about shaving hairy/fuzzy dogs. Both dogs looked and smelled great and we didn't have to pay to have them groomed again for awhile. Prices are very reasonable. Making another appointment now!

But after we walked out of Terri's shop, Sally looked and seemed to have felt like the happiest dog ever. Good as new!! So thankful I had the option of taking my dog to Terri's shop. I started boarding my dog at Four Paws when other arrangements I used to make weren't panning out…read moreanymore. Since I'd never done this before I was hesitant to trust my little friend to strangers. My pup passed her meet-and-greet with flying colors, and it eased a good measure of my discomfort. After having boarded her several times now, were BOTH happy with their staff and services. I never worry about her while she's there, and I often forget to even check in on her (except when my grandkids ask if we can see her!). Now when I pack her things, she knows where she's going, and it's not uncommon for her to be too excited to eat or drink, and even if I'm not ready to leave she'll get in the car and won't get out. We're both happy we found Four Paws Hotel and Day Resort! (I referred my sister to them, and now her dog is a regular when she leaves town as well.)
