I would suggest that the customer is called when your puppy is ready to go. They usually have her ready to go by 10am, but today was a different story. I've been sitting in my car (84 degrees out) for an hour and 25 minutes and she is STILL NOT ready to go. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! The store has alot of products-we went in for dog toys and leases, and there was a lot to look over besides those 2 things. I forgot they had a pet bakery by checkout-not sure how fresh the products are, wouldn't think they make them there(?)but nice to know it's there. There was alot of dog aisles compared to say a Walmart etc. They had a huge selection of leases, beds, and food. I would say if you have special needs for your pet, you probably have a good chance of finding something here they can have. Years ago I did shop here for my husky and recall getting her treats that had no corn in them. The store has signs up so it should be easy locating things for any pet. Store also seemed clean and organized so a plus for that. Employee at checkout was nice to people in line to checkout. The prices on the stuffed dog toys seemed way overpriced though....they were not all of great quality for say a tug-of-war with your dog or a strong dog. We ended up going elsewhere and got some great stuff for alot cheaper. The other thing I noticed that I thought was WAY overpriced was a water system for your dog getting his own water if your not home-it wasn't a fountain, but empties into a bowl. Cheap plastic, expensive. We passed on that too. May go back eventually if we can't find what we need elsewhere.

I wish I could give zero stars! I just moved to the area and I wanted to try this place since it was so close to home. We made a same day appointment and arrived on time. We had to ring the bell and wait to be let in, ok no biggie. There was a very large dog in the front in a gated area that would not stop barking, so it was hard to hear what the girl was saying and it scared my pups. There wasn't any prices posted anywhere, I had no idea what came with the service I was paying for. I had to ask tons of questions and the girl seemed out of it- she said she had a headache. So, I pick my two pups up and they looked clean. I wasn't sure they even did a cut, maybe a trim?? I am completely annoyed that's it's 12 days later and they look 5 days over due for a cut! 70.00 for two small dogs (one is 7 lbs/ one is 11 lbs) and I'm sure all they did was bathe them and cut down nails- which I stressed. I also asked if the anal glands would be done she said yes, not sure that was done either. The little one has been scooting, which means he's due for the groomers...at my regular place we can go easily 3 weeks no issue. I would not recommend this place or go back.

Oh my goodness, we had the opportunity today to have Livia groom a very, very elderly, long haired,…read morehandsome cat that my niece is caring for! He had so, so, so many matted clumps of fur all over him and we were not sure how it would go, BUT it was amazing! Livia was SOOOO gentle, caring and spoke softly the entire time to this sweet ol man. After he was bathed, he lay on the grooming table purring like crazy, which made us all so happy, because he is no longer in pain do to all the matted fur. I highly recommend this young lady, she was so helpful, got us in the same day and helped us get the care this elderly kitty badly needed! And was very reasonable priced!
