Julie connected us with a welder who repaired it, and when another storm caused more damage, she offered full store credit and arranged for the statue to be removed. She also reserved the replacement statue we wanted, which we purchased today. We are very impressed how she made us feel valued and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We are excited to work with Julie and the garden center team to have it installed. Also - we want to shout out Alan who helped us select a couple of plants - a Mugo pine and another purple flowering shrub - he was so knowledgeable about the plants and also gave us some great advice about the watering and care of the plants and our entire garden! This place is great and they have us as customers for life!

Can't even fix an order less than 5 mins away? So I went there. Rich family not interested in customer services. Acted like I wasn't one. Didn't want to refund. Showed receipt. Had to talk to credit card to dispute transaction. Simply rude. Nicer at Raley's for that price. Trader Joe's has better flowers for quarter of the price. How do you treat Gardnerville like this? If anyone opened a flower store just have to not be a you know what to your own customers...new biz idea?
