I loved the text reminders on my phone and I really appreciated the FAQ's section on their website. When I entered I was pleasantly surprised at the decor. I felt like I walked into a friend's living room! I expected the overpowering scent of spray tan, but was pleased to find that was not the case! When she called me back I was nervous about how this was going to go. Was I going to have to stand naked, spread eagle while this complete stranger sprayed me down? She was SO kind and really made me feel comfortable. She told me I could leave on as much as I felt comfortable with or I could have on nothing at all. I liked having a choice and I chose to leave on my undies. Once the spraying process began she was so respectful and made me feel so comfortable. Not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable about my body in front of her. She told me how to make my tan last longer, which soaps to use and what to expect. Did I mention my tan looks AMAZING?!?

Ellen is incredibly knowledgeable and goes over everything you need to know to maintain your tan for as long as possible. She also contacts you the next day to make sure you are happy with your tan. The decor inside is awesome too. I can't recommend this place enough!
