I was walking down Mass street and came upon this place. I thought it was another gourmet food store, but when I entered it was like a fairytail. This place is a bakers wonderland! Every single thing in this store is dedicated to making your baked goods, candy/cupcakes/brownies/cookies, the best they can be. They sell icing, a huge selection of candies to top your cupcake, curd and other food items. What I find more exciting than ingredients, is all their fabulous packaging. If you are constantly pinning DIY food gifts on Pinterest, your head is going to blow off in this place! Racks are backed with the most adorable cupcake papers, containers, birthday candles, gift boxes, bags and pans. You bake it, they have it AND it's 10 times cuter than what you already have at home! If you're a baker - whether you're amateur or professional - you've got to check this spot out. They have a massive selection of baking items from molds and cutters to sprinkles and decorations. They also have a lot of party decorations and items of various themes. There is a kitchen baking area for classes and presentations. I've gone in to browse several times. The employees aren't particularly friendly (nor mean, just not inviting) and they usually seem busy putting out inventory or working on stuff behind the counter rather than approaching customers. That's my only complaint about the place. read more

I absolutely love this sweet shop! They have a little of everything from "old fashion" candy to fresh cotton candy and root beer floats. The customer service was good and friendly staff. It's one of the few places I can get fresh cotton candy!!! read more

I get it, it's a college town so the best employees are the sweet faced college coeds; reliable, economical and what's better than a sweet cheeked sorority blonde selling baked goods? Why it's almost nostalgic! Except for one small fact; the pretty pretty knew very little of her product; didn't know the address of the parent store in Topeka, and seemed very uninterested in selling my colleague or I anything. I found some goodies, cuz I do like to cook - but it was definitely my own personal treasure hunt and I didn't feel like much of a winner. They have cooking classes so some day I'm back in town I'd like to take 1 or 2 - but clearly I'm going to have to do more vetting on my own but my advice to the owners - skip the cute coeds and hire a fat momma or two who are not only interested in cooking, they're interested in your customers and most likely interested in the longevity and success of your store. read more

I ordered supplies online for baking cookies. The website was bogged down and I clicked twice to be sure the order sent as there was no confirmation. It actually sent an error message. So, I called to be sure I was only charged once and that the order was received. The man I spoke to said he had my order and that there was only one. So, I just checked my bank statement and sure enough, they charged me twice. I have not received tracking information at all or a receipt. So, I called again and no answer. I sent an email and requested that only one order be sent as I certainly do not need duplicates. I also requested a credit to my account for the second duplicate order. We will see if they help me. I wouldn't order from the website again. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered on the online store, my order was placed twice. I notified them the same day and asked them to fill one order and refund the other. I was assured everything would be taken care of, But it's been 23 days and still NO REFUND! I have left a handful of emails that have had no response to, The two phone numbers I have call go unanswered and the voice-mail box is full so I can't leave a message. The man I spoke to at one of the stores again assured me he would handle the issue and call me back...STILL NO PHONE CALL & NO REFUND! I will never order another thing from them again.
