I unfortunately would love to give the company a better review but it's literally a death trap of a…read moreplace to get in and out of. Parking couldn't be worse or more dangerous. As my 2 toddlers and baby are walking into to our car, a driver comes flying in off Metcalf and stops right before he's about to potentially hit us. This is one of many, many super unsafe moments from this one week alone trying to get acres to and away for the establishment. It's so incredibly dangerous. My toddlers cried and panicked bc they and myself thought we were just about to get mowed down. It would have been less scary for them if at least this weirdo didn't roll down his window and yell at us pedestrians which consisted of a mother, a baby on a baby stroller and two tiny toddlers. They cried and were once an again scared bc this deranged individual took time to act a fool after the fact. Real shame. Parking is unsafe this is just one of many instances so I'm sharing this since, bc it will mark our last time going here. Too dangerous. Almost needed up as splatter.

The instructor was very personable and excellent at teaching. We made ravioli and fettuccine along with tomato sauce and a spinach and ricotta filling for the ravioli. Everything turned out delicious!!! We will definitely come back for another class!!!

Attended the " Endless-PASTAbilities" at the Culinary Center…read morewith friends. We were greeted upon entering and directed to the back room cooking area. Our table seating was pre-marked. We arrived a little before start time. A bar open shortly after 6:30 and the program began closer to 7 o'clock. The chef demonstrated what we were to do and then we were sent to our cooking stations to replicate the dinner was cooked in segments where we would cook , then eat a course then instruction, then back to cook. Chef Sergio was laid back and funny. He told stories and explained the reason behind processes. I noticed there were typographical errors in the recipe sheets handed out. Chef was aware of them but didn't seem to care. Sometimes he did not follow the recipe exactly, using an order different from the recipe which made it confusing when we were released to our stations to prepare. The class ran from 6:30-10:30. The staff was helpful and kind. We enjoyed the small breaks in the cooking segments. Two of the recipes were precooked. (Appetizer & dessert). You were allowed to take home all the leftovers. I can't wait to try these recipes out at home.

We attended the Cast Iron Cuisine class where you learn the basics of coq au vin, sauté and searing steaks in a cast iron pan. Very engaging instructors and high quality food in a 2+ hour event - great date night idea!
