My last order was in November 2020. I bought 20 packs of vacuumed sheep feta cheese. I was very disappointed. It crumbles - impossible to cut in whole pieces. Also melts very fast when I make traditional dishes (banitza for example) - which means the quality is bad. I was also disappointed with the shipping. They put a lot of small Styrofoam pieces, which is an unusual practice. This is not environmentally friendly and illegal in some states. They are very hard to remove. I do a lot of online shopping and nobody else uses these. I sincerely hope that Malincho takes the necessary measures and become again a great supplier of Bulgarian cheese (and other goods) as they were in the past.
