I have been here multiple times. Certainly nothing special here. Ok ice cream.. cones are purposely hollow in the Middle to maximize profits from overpriced ice cream prices. I understand the costs associated with a business but if u lose all your regular customers u will be making no money instead of some money. Stopped into Twist after a mini vacation at the beach. We arrived shortly after they opened and were greeted by the staff. This place was so cute inside and you could even see them making the pretzels behind the glass. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and some pretzel sticks for later. They were both delicious and I would come back to Twist again. read more

This place is everything!!!! I had a breakfast sandwhich with a pretzel bagel! The people working there were so sweet and you could even seem them making fresh pretzels. I also had to take home cinnamon sugar bites that came with a cream cheese dipping sauce! Everything was so unique and seriously delicious! Prices were fair and the experience was great! read more

Twist is a new addition to Linwood for all things pretzels and ice cream. It's nice that they're open for breakfast and have a wide selection of pretzel sandwiches to choose from, but I haven't had a chance to try any yet. I came right before closing and tried some of their hard ice cream and water ice. The cookies and cream flavor was pretty standard, but the cherry water ice was the most amazing texture and I would go back for this again. The service was very friendly and fast. I like that they have indoor and a huge outdoor seating area with fun picture worthy spots. The ambiance is loud and upbeat and I'll definitely give them another try for their pretzels & breakfast sandwiches. read more

Food was fresh, did take a bit of time to prepare even though we were the only ones in the store. However the food was delicious and while we were eating in the store, an old man (I assume the owner) came over and said here's a bag of cinnamon nuggets sweetie. New place local in the Linwood area. Outside is kept clean and huge outside seating area. When we walking in place was super cold. But very clean! Pretzels are made in house. Kitchen had big glass windows to look in. Was not greeted when we walked in. Kids behind the counter were more interested in talking then greeting and asking if we had any questions. We were super confused and definitely wasn't sure what side of the counter to order, and how it worked. Once I interrupted their conversation, they were super friendly and was helpful. Hubby and I ordered a ham and white cheddar stuffed pretzel, pepperoni and cheese stuffed pretzel and then just grabbed a 4 count of the traditional pretzel. The stuffed pretzels were not bad! A lot bigger then what I was expecting. I have a lot of food intolerances and it didn't hurt my stomach at all. They have a large selection for everyone to find something for sure. Didn't see any gluten free options, but wasn't looking for it. Very rare to find a place that offers it. Ice cream doesn't look house made, but has your traditional hard ice cream flavors. Over all pleased with what we had and would be interested in trying their breakfast sandwiches. read more

This place is amazing! The pretzels are made in store and are delicious. It's cozy, the staff is so friendly, food is great, and they have an amazing side yard with astroturf that is kid and dog friendly. A little gem in Linwood that is locally owned by a couple who is very involved in the community. We love it there. read more

Chaotic Mess... 1 star because I like ice cream and they had it. No greeting. Staff is loud and a lot of playing going on behind the counter. No One is paying attention to the customers or the orders. Hard ice cream is not Hard it's soft. Coffee ice cream has no coffee flavor. The soft ice cream is watery. Hubby ordered a Waffle with hard vanilla ice cream. Which is a $3 up charge for the hard ice cream verses the soft. Waffle was made and delivered with the soft ice cream. Sent back to remake and the 2nd it was delivered waffle was not cooked all the way and still had raw Dough. Let's just say there is alot alot of competition in this area on ice cream and they have Failed! Didn't try the pretzels... heard others in the restaurant saying the pretzels were stale but did not try... It's a shame won't be back... Refund was processed! read more

Pretzels we're average, not as good as any ends. They were more expensive, and not as many came in the package, and for the cinnamon pretzels, there was barely does cinnamon.. Was very surprised at the fact, there was no homemade ice cream. Although the idea is cute, I just don't find this to be a idea that is going to work long-term. Love this place!! My family and I go here at least once a week. It has a happy atmosphere, great place to see old friends and meet new ones. My favorite is the chocolate peanut butter hand-scooped, and my dad loves the vanilla soft serve, he insists on going here and says it's the best he's ever had.
