My snake had multiple layers of stuck shed from poor husbandry from the previous owner. Staff was super knowledgeable and helpful with providing remedies to remove that stuck shed. Purchased a humid hide and moss that was recommended. The snake sat in that humid hide for about a week and finally today she was able to have a full and complete shed!
