If they could season and sautée the tots before adding them to the burrito, it could be fire. As is, I imagine a food line with ingredients and employees simply going one to the other. Care isn't taken to spread the ingredients across the tortilla prior to wrapping so there will be concentrations of components as if it's all lumped together.The side sauces are basic.
