Emily is AHMAZING, and I will return for a regular facial soon. I appreciate her knowledge of the products, and she tells you everything she is doing. Plus, she was very sweet, but not too talkative (I hate small talk and like to RELAX at the salon). Bailey gave me a haircut. As far as technique, it was ok. I wouldn't say I have found The One (I have been shopping for a regular stylist for 3 years since my long term hair stylist chose to be a stay at home mom). Overall I liked that Bailey was quiet and the end result was great. I would go back to her for a trim, but I will keep looking for my forever stylist. Which probably won't be at Salon M since there are only 3 stylists here. I liked the August discount for teachers, but according to the flyer, I should have gotten $15 off both facial abs haircut services. Ashley only gave me one discount, which is a bummer. She got home, put them in the fridge, when I work up from sleeping(I work night shift) she got them out for me to give her one and discovered one of the syringes was completely empty. The paperwork was not damp, wet, nothing. She had not even opened the baggie until I was present. The syringe was completely empty, not just missing a little bit, completely dry. She spent 600 dollars for these shots and was told since she didn't check them prior to leaving they will not replace it. My mom has went here multiple times and spent thousands here. My husband goes here and has spent hundreds here, we have multiple friends that use this place. I am a nurse and have recommend this establishment. They have someone STEALING medication from clients, a 74 year old trusting elderly lady at that. There is no way the syringe leaked out all the medication, the syringe was simply never filled. Shame on my elderly mom for trusting this place and not checking the syringe before she left, but now it makes me wonder, if an employee is stealing medication and putting empty syringes in a baggie, are they actually filling the syringe with the proper medication? I am a nurse and have been for multiple years, this incident proves they cannot be trusted and I would not recommend this place to anyone ever again!

The owner of the salon did give my mom her money back but made my mom feel like the damage was her fault because she had to high of expectations.. and that what she wanted was going to be a process.
