I patiently waited a hour, then once she greeted me I was then told that she has to go and only has time for a 20 min chemical peel! Or someone else can take me I would have to wait again as she was cleaning the room! When it was time to check out no one greeted me, I set a waited patiently finally after a few mins I left, & called to speak to a manger the manger was focused on how I was going to pay my gratuity and not focused on customer service. The nail tech told me to come in and and instead of repairing the two nails - she redid the manicure color on both hands. I was very happy the salon rectified the situation and was proactive in ensuring to calling me back and getting me fit in. Their customer service was excellent regarding the situation.

I have been sleeping heavily on my left side recently (and I had to run in the rain the second day which is my own fault) but she placed them so the fallout would be very even, which many lash technicians won't do so you'll come back sooner.
