We had been to this location a month ago at night with our cat & were never told she wasn't allowed to be in this kava bar. Today, we returned with our cat & had been hanging out in there for about 20 minutes. She was sitting nicely in a corner while I was getting my SMALL kratom tea, when the manager said that the cat was not allowed to be in there, saying that she was not clean and would spread disease. I asked if dogs were allowed to be in here and he responded saying yes dogs are allowed in here but he just took a class on cats & stated that they spread disease and they're not allowed to be in here. We paid $12 for a SMALL drink, which was extremely overpriced and felt horrible by how this man talked to us. We left nicely and other guests looked at us and apologized saying they have never heard of someone saying that before. We will never be coming back to support this location as well as any of the other locations due to this horrible experience.

While I found the scent reassuring, I doubted the outcome with Rosie's. Rosie is no longer with us and her picture adorns the wall. Marlene, my server, has been here for 19 years, which I found shocking as she is happy, efficient, and works her tuchus off. This garnered Marlene a 62% tip. Well done, Marlene. Marlene has become an icon in these parts, you can even buy a t-shirt with her likeness while dining. I asked Marlene the Magnificent for one Micco Burger (medium rare) and 10 Garlic Parmesan wings. The Micco Burger is made from 8 oz of ground beef, hand-formed, with melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. A half pound makes for one giant hamburger. Moving on to the order of Garlic Parmesan wings. One bite in, I knew these were not the best wings I'd ever had, but they were pretty good. They were cooked correctly and abundantly seasoned.
