Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he came across as hostile and unprofessional, which made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. It's honestly shocking to see that kind of treatment in a place that relies on repeat customers and a social environment. The owner seriously needs to reevaluate who is representing the business on the floor. A manager sets the tone for the entire establishment, and right now, it's driving people away. If this continues, I wouldn't be surprised if the business starts losing customers. There's a lot of potential here, but it won't matter if people don't feel respected when they walk in.

I asked if dogs were allowed to be in here and he responded saying yes dogs are allowed in here but he just took a class on cats & stated that they spread disease and they're not allowed to be in here. We paid $12 for a SMALL drink, which was extremely overpriced and felt horrible by how this man talked to us. We left nicely and other guests looked at us and apologized saying they have never heard of someone saying that before. We will never be coming back to support this location as well as any of the other locations due to this horrible experience.
