Great burgers, a bit pricey but seems normal for the area. Lots of good beers on tap and several local brews too.

Slowest service ever. Even sitting at the bar. Bartender walked by 5 or 6 times before acknowledging us.

Friendly staff/patrons and a cold beer on a hot day. I had the turkey club which was great, would order it again. It was a comfortable stop.

I never get anything different always the same since they stopped having Ruebens yrs ago during the weekdays. The chicken ceasesr wrap is sometime short on lettuce and at times the wrap has been old. Sometimes the lettuce is nicely compacted and full. The fries are very good but inconsistant about the serving. Sometimes half of what one gets other times. When they are a small serving its very small. At times the fries are not hot then I just ask for a new batch and they accomodate me. We occasionally have a margarita but stopped having them when the waiter made it wrong and would not re make it. In general its very nice there. I do wish they would put Rhebens back on the menu everyday and not just the new way of on Sundays only. At times they need more wait staff. The best person is Sha she is fast, consistant and the customer feels like family.

Food menu is typical bar food but it came out fast. I had the chicken salad and it was ok. Too much yellow cheese and chicken was bland. Should have got what my friend ordered. She got a chicken artichoke sandwhich and homemade fries. She was quite pleased with her meal. She called it epically good!

2026 Dive Bar 3 of 40…read more Just off Main Street, you will find this corner bar not far from the river. Upon entering, you will notice a small bar with an adequately stocked bar, featuring about 8 taps and a number of canned and bottled beers for your liking. There are plenty of high-top tables and booths to accommodate a decent crowd. MaGillycuddy's Bar is one of those places that instantly makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between cozy and relaxed, thanks in no small part to the awesome tin ceiling-- it kind of gives this place a vintage charm you don't see often. The crowd is just what one would expect, just regular folks enjoying a libation and watching the Wild game. And they have pulltabs!! We settled in on a high-top table and ordered beers and our lunch. The Nashville Hot Shrimp is a must-try. just the right amount of heat, and packed with flavor. The Guinness cheeseburger is an open-faced burger topped with fries, Guinness cheese sauce, and, of course, bacon. That was a bit messy, and was enjoyable, but there are some other items I will want to try before going back to that entree. Between the solid food offerings, the friendly vibe, and the cool interior, MaGillycuddy's has all the makings of a local favorite. If you're anywhere near Aonka, do yourself a favor and stop in--you won't regret it.

My boyfriend and I were originally trying to go to a different business in the area for lunch, but…read morethey were closed and we saw this place had good ratings! I'm really glad we stopped in! There is a parking ramp and street parking in the area. Both are free. They were decorating for Halloween and it gave us such a fun vibe! We were immediately welcomed in and the service was phenomenal the entire time we were there! I would go back on service alone! The upstairs area isn't overly large but they do have tables, booths and a bar to sit at. There was a sign that said "basement closed" so I assume there was more down there. There are TV's, so this would be a cool spot to grab a beer and watch the game for sure! There is also a small outdoor seating area and is next to a fountain. The food: The deep fried pickle spears were good! The batter is light and crispy! However, because these are spears, they took a long time to cool to properly eat. It comes with jalapeño ranch, which has a slight kick but nothing crazy. I recommend getting the regular ranch too! My boyfriend got the Reuben and noted it was "solid." I got the deep fried buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries! Both were excellent! The chicken was seasoned well before battered and the sweet potato fries had a sweet/lime/seasoning that was unique and tasty! This is definitely worth checking out!
