Both times, I ended up leaving empty handed because that's the whole reason I came. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a boba shop to have enough boba on hand, especially for customers who are willing to pay extra. This seems like a preventable inventory and supply planning issue. If I were managing the store, I'd want to make sure we never ran out of our main product. After today's experience, I've decided I won't be returning. It's disappointing because this used to be my go to spot, but this has happened one too many times.

I wasn't sure what flavors to choose and she guided me to a possible flavor selection from her most popular flavors and by asking what my son's favorite flavors were. Based off of strawberries (His favorite flavor) she came up with an amazing flavor profile for the cake, mini cupcakes and cake pops. The cake ended up being a classic vanilla cake layered with fresh strawberry cream, fresh strawberries, and a touch of strawberry coulis. The cake pops were triple chocolate flavor made with Belgian truffle chocolate--and strawberries, and last but not least the mini cupcakes were strawberry with lemon buttercream. The final products came out beyond my expectations from the visual presentation she nailed and even better than the inspiration photo I sent her and the taste was so delicious and tasty.
