I get there on June 6th and they don't have my order. I tell them that I have reached out before ordering and placed a future order for pick up. They ask when I did that and I tell them that I pre-ordered on Tuesday. Their reply? "Oh, we probably threw away the ticket." WTAF!! I had search for my email and show then proof of payment. Unfortunately, three of the donuts were not available so they gave them to me without being glazed. Never again will I pre-order. That team cannot be trusted.
