Not sure if you can order with a person, but there are two kiosks by the front counter where you put in your order. Naturally I got my beloved bursting dragonfruit tea. Glad to see it was available as it seems like another location tells me they don't have most of the time. I must have been so excited to drink it I forgot to take a picture of it. Love the decor inside, good amount of seating, drink came out pretty quick, and the drink itself was good. Thankfully I was able to avert my daughter's attention away from the shiny claw machine in the corner by the entrance. We'll be back soon.

However, Feng Cha has brought their best stuff to the table. We have been very loyal Gong Cha fans since they opened in the Missouri City/Sugarland area but we were on the east side of hwy6 and craving some milk tea and saw that this location had finally opened up. It sits in a new strip center with other things coming soon. Why do I like Feng cha? They have a very useful app. Where you can order drinks ahead of time and be ready when you arrive. My go to drinks so far is the dirty creme brûlée and the mango fantasy. The staff is super nice here and the decor is cute. It's our family's go to spot right now.

Came on a Monday night and it was nice and quiet, plus parking was easy even in the busy plaza. You ordered at the counter, and the service was quick. The inside was super clean with some unique, comfy seating that made it feel a little more elevated than your typical boba shop. We got both the Earl Grey milk tea and the oolong milk tea at half-sweet. Which was a good call because they still leaned a bit on the sweeter side. The tea flavor really comes through with its smooth, rich, and bold flavor. I also appreciated the milk tea not tasting chalky. Solid spot for quality milk tea!

What I like about this place is that you can actually taste the tea in the drink, and with this particular drink it came with actual passionfruit pieces. And for 15%, it was still plenty sweet for my liking. We visited at opening time and we did have to wait 5 minutes for the boba to be cooked, but at least it was fresh during this visit. The staff was friendly and the shop is very clean. They're also recognized by the International Taste Institute which is cool. This isn't a place though, that's suitable for studying as it's too small. Would recommend if you're in the Mo City area!

I ordered the dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba which tasted great, but it had more ice than I would have liked. Also, I asked for 50% sweetness but it still tasted too sweet. However, they were able to nail the creamy texture that I know and love. Came here on a Saturday afternoon; not very busy and seating should be easy to come across. Design wise, the place is pretty average. Nothing particular stands out to me about this boba tea place, but the floors and tables were clean. There's a pretty neat wooden desk and cushioned chair toward the back, but it's placed very awkwardly near the restroom and employee backroom. Not sure if that's for customers or not. I dropped by to get some work done on my laptop but to my dismay, neither of the 2 long tables had a wall outlet nearby. If I wanted to charge, I'd have to sit at the smaller tables on the other side. If you're visiting the Missouri City area and wanted to socialize with a friend, this teahouse is worth considering a visit. I wouldn't come here to be productive though.

We were told the close time was 9pm but when we were inside we were rushed out and told the shop closed at 8:45pm. This overshadowed the experience and left a very bad taste in my mouth. This was especially frustrating given that we were made to leave and as we were sitting in the car, we could see the staff letting other customers in to place orders.

I'm happy to say that the quality did not disappoint! What I love about CHICHA San Chen is that each drink is freshly brewed to order. Rather than preparing large batches of tea ahead of time, the tea is brewed individually when you place your order using their signature tea-press technology. You can really taste the difference--the tea is fragrant, fresh, and flavorful. My absolute favorite is the King Bubble Black Tea with Cream. The combination of the rich black tea, creamy topping, and chewy king pearls is just SO good! I was also pleasantly surprised that the Houston location still offers the Taro Series. The taro drinks are another favorite of mine, and it's wonderful to see that Houston has kept this part of the menu. After visiting CHICHA San Chen in different places, I can honestly say that Houston holds up beautifully. The tea quality, fresh preparation, and overall experience are exactly what I have come to expect from the brand. CHICHA San Chen never fails to deliver! If you're a serious tea or boba lover, this is definitely worth a visit.

We had to wait a little in line but the service was fast! The tea tastes great and I like the cup they serve it. I appreciate that they offer your sweet level and ice level you prefer. And the prices are reasonable compared to other places I've visited. You see families of all ages come into this place, as it's shown in social media it definitely brings a crowd. One nice addition that I saw was a Photo Booth and tea tasting station! You don't have to worry about parking as it's located in a strip mall so there's quite a bit of spaces. Overall I enjoyed my time and would like to try other tea options here.
