When she brought the check, she explained that it was only her second day on the job and that she hadn't received adequate training. I can certainly understand being new and needing time to learn, and I don't expect perfection from someone on their second day. However, being new or inadequately trained should not mean providing poor customer service or basic courtesy. There was also a lot of chatting with other staff members while customers were waiting for assistance. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't much better. The floors and tables were dirty, and we had to ask twice for our table to be cleaned. I honestly debated whether to leave this review, but I hope management sees it as constructive feedback. Please train and support your staff so customers receive the level of service they should expect.
