Best boba in Sienna, hands down. Service is always fast, and my drinks are always made correctly.

This is one of the new additions to the area for milk tea…read more Our area is over saturated by them but they still keep coming. We have tried most and many are very disappointing. However, Feng Cha has brought their best stuff to the table. We have been very loyal Gong Cha fans since they opened in the Missouri City/Sugarland area but we were on the east side of hwy6 and craving some milk tea and saw that this location had finally opened up. It sits in a new strip center with other things coming soon. Why do I like Feng cha? They have a very useful app. Where you can order drinks ahead of time and be ready when you arrive. My go to drinks so far is the dirty creme brûlée and the mango fantasy. The staff is super nice here and the decor is cute. It's our family's go to spot right now.

Not sure if you can order with a person, but there are two kiosks by the front counter where you put in your order. Naturally I got my beloved bursting dragonfruit tea. Glad to see it was available as it seems like another location tells me they don't have most of the time. I must have been so excited to drink it I forgot to take a picture of it. Love the decor inside, good amount of seating, drink came out pretty quick, and the drink itself was good. Thankfully I was able to avert my daughter's attention away from the shiny claw machine in the corner by the entrance. We'll be back soon.

To avoid any confusion, this establishment has replaced the Rayly Teahouse. The sign outside says…read more"Bobayes", but the menu inside still caries the title of Rayly Teahouse. I ordered the dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba which tasted great, but it had more ice than I would have liked. Also, I asked for 50% sweetness but it still tasted too sweet. However, they were able to nail the creamy texture that I know and love. Came here on a Saturday afternoon; not very busy and seating should be easy to come across. Design wise, the place is pretty average. Nothing particular stands out to me about this boba tea place, but the floors and tables were clean. There's a pretty neat wooden desk and cushioned chair toward the back, but it's placed very awkwardly near the restroom and employee backroom. Not sure if that's for customers or not. I dropped by to get some work done on my laptop but to my dismay, neither of the 2 long tables had a wall outlet nearby. If I wanted to charge, I'd have to sit at the smaller tables on the other side. If you're visiting the Missouri City area and wanted to socialize with a friend, this teahouse is worth considering a visit. I wouldn't come here to be productive though.

We were told the close time was 9pm but when we were inside we were rushed out and told the shop closed at 8:45pm. This overshadowed the experience and left a very bad taste in my mouth. This was especially frustrating given that we were made to leave and as we were sitting in the car, we could see the staff letting other customers in to place orders.

So glad to hear that one recently opened up in Houston. Would LOVE to take my cousins here one day…read more Environment/Atmosphere - Super crowded when we got here, but the lines moved fast, and there was a kiosk to self-order if you didn't want to wait in line for the cashier. One of my favorite things was how fragrant the space smelled while I waited for my boba. You could tell there was an exceptional tea aroma lingering despite all the cream and sweetness. The place was exceptionally clean for being so busy, and the workers consistently cleaned as they made the drinks, so you knew you could trust the sanitation here. Drink Design - I have to make a separate comment on how CUTE these drinks were. I loved the intentional sticker placement over the lips and the little carrying handle. You could tell they went the extra mile to make these drinks not just flavorful, but an experience in and of themselves. Even their receipt paper felt luxurious. That sounds ridiculous to point out, but the thought behind every aspect of this place is impeccable. High Mountain Pouchong Tea w. Lemon Juice & Mousse (Creamy Lemon Tart) - After all the sugar I had today, this lemony drink hit the spot with its perfect tartness. The cream had bits of lemon zest in it, adding to the aroma. I tried to adjust the sweetness when I ordered and was told it had a built-in sweetness, but if I found it too sweet, they would happily switch it out for another drink. I felt like I was dealing with Amazon's generous return policy--and luckily, the drink was perfect, so no return was needed! Creamy Mango Tart - Literally like the Lemon Tart, but mango. I loved this just as much and really enjoyed the refreshing flavors of BOTH tarts. Instantly a fan favorite. Dong Ding Oolong Tea w. Fresh Milk - Very mild and creamy, almost like a mellow latte. Not my favorite because it was a bit too creamy after everything else I had today. Still, I loved the tea profile and can absolutely see why others would love it. Overall, I love, love, LOVE this place. 1000/10. From the experience to the quality and intentionality behind every little detail, I couldn't be happier with my visit. I never thought I'd ever say that a drink was so Instagram-worthy, but these drinks were beautiful--like models of the boba world. Would go back in a heartbeat. This has officially won the spot for my favorite boba place.

Maybe I'll come back to sample the teas on weekends.
