The very next day, June 1, I responded with detailed concerns about both my pedicure and full set. I explained that I paid for the upgraded pedicure package, but the water was FREEZING cold, the "extended massage" was practically nonexistent, my calluses were barely addressed, and the overall pedicure felt rushed and incomplete. It was HORRIBLE. I also explained that my nails were crooked, extremely thick, uneven in length, pointed outward, had acrylic buildup around the cuticles, and looked poorly shaped overall. I was disappointed because I spent approximately $160 and felt the quality did not reflect the price. After sending that feedback, I received no response for an entire week. When I followed up, expressing my disappointment with the lack of communication, I was suddenly told that a staff member would be contacted and would reach out to me. I agreed and waited again. Nobody contacted me. I eventually called the salon myself and was told that their guarantee only applies if issues are brought to their attention before leaving the salon or within three days. The problem with that explanation is that I DID contact them within three days--I actually responded to their feedback request the very next day, on June 1. Rather than acknowledging that I had followed their policy, I was repeatedly told, "That's all I can tell you." What makes this even more frustrating is that my appointment ended at closing time, and I felt rushed out as the staff were closing the salon. The doors had already been locked and had to be unlocked for me to leave. I wasn't standing there inspecting every toenail because I trusted that the services I paid for had been completed properly, even though. I may not have gotten the massage I wanted. The quality of the work was disappointing, but the customer service afterward was worse. I made multiple attempts to resolve this privately before posting a review. I have screenshots of the feedback request, my response on June 1, the follow-up messages, and the later conversation where I was told staff would contact me. I understand that mistakes happen. What I don't understand is asking customers for feedback, ignoring that feedback when it's negative, and then later refusing to address the issue by citing a deadline that the customer actually met. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on either the quality of the service or the way my concerns were handled afterward.

I came in on a Monday night, so it wasn't busy, and I was able to get seated right away. The pedicure chairs were comfortable, and I enjoyed the massage feature while soaking my feet in the hot, bubbly water. I asked for shellac/gel French tips, and the tech brought over the color basket. The pedicure itself was just okay. She didn't spend much time on the basics like callus removal or a calf massage, but the French tips turned out nicely. I was actually impressed that she painted the white by hand instead of shaping with remover. After the pedi, I was moved to the nail desk for my manicure with the same gel French tips. The time spent felt about the same, pretty quick and without a hand massage, but again, the finished look was clean and well done. The hand-painted tips were a nice touch. Overall, the staff was very nice, and the salon itself is adorable. It was a decent experience with room for a little more attention to detail.

First thing I noticed was that the pedicure dubs were not lined, normally I refuse to go somewhere without liners in the tub however I was already sitting in the chair with my color picked out and they had sent away someone else wanting a pedicure so I just wished and hoped hard that they properly clean these things. At one pint she clipped my skin and I jumped backward and she made me feel like I did something wrong because she told me I scared her several times and told me not to move. So I said "it hurt" like sorry it was an instinct reaction, I'm not sure what else to tell you, then she replied with "it's dirty in there" like ok but you still hurt me quite a bit. The other thing I disliked was that they didn't seem very friendly and at one point some ladies were waiting in the front after they picked out their color of polish, weren't bothering anybody, but just standing in the front talking and waiting. One of the woman very harshly yelled across the place to them to sit down, so they did. Then about 2 min later the same lady clapped at them and again, harshly and almost annoyed sounding, told them to go to their pedicure chair. She actually clapped at them. Went in before a trip a few days ago and the lady working on my nails couldn't have cared less. Rough with my hand positioning, completely missing the side edge on every nail AND got mad because the lamp wasn't curing the polish. She had to re do some nails and as I'm leaving says "It SHOULD be dry, but come back if not.". Why wouldn't you just do it right to begin with?? I'm now three days out and got the lovely surprise that my nails in fact didn't cure under the top layer of gel when they started to lift. I now have to find a random salon to just get this off my nails. There's some amazing staff here but it's becoming roulette if you book an appointment without picking someone specifically.
