I was on vacation in MN, so did a walk in. Service was quick & friendly. I had a $10 coupon expiring that day and repeatedly told the front desk worker to use that, NOT my rewards points...get a follow up email...what did they do? You guessed it. They used my points. Good lord. I have the manager call me back. She did it wrong. I call back the next day. At this point I'm a bit perturbed. This isn't rocket science. After much back & forth, they finally fix it. Had the screwup not occurred, this would've been a 5 star review. Had it been fixed the first time, it would've been a 4 star review. I think I've gotten so many nose waxes at this point that I am immune to pain but I've never had any issues. The store is clean and cute, always smells good. I've never had any issues. It was painful because Jenn was using wax. She didn't bother to check on her appointments or confirm with me what I wanted. Maybe if she had put her phone down before we got started, I wouldn't have had such a horrendous experience.
