I recognize the current owners didn't make the renovations to the space, but as a single screen venue...it should feel special, distinct and one-of-a-kind experience from front door to lobby to theatre. It doesn't. 2.) The online website and programming of what's on screen is not extra special. First run films are better left to the cineplexes. This space would suit a well-curated art house, classic cinema, and rarely seen films for a large swath of audiences in the Brazos Valley. I live right around the corner and the 50th Anniversary screening of Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon was the first film since their launch (in current iteration)...it was fun to experience on a large screen. 3.) What is unclear from the online presence is that food can be served to your seat. I looked extensively in the sight but this was not evident to me until we arrived. The menu is very pedestrian, burgers, greasy fries and more fried things, and standard salads. Again, nothing special or unique. 4.). Why are tickets for future screenings unavailable since they are already advertised? Also, there was a lot of noise in the lobby during the film and the house lights did not come up after the film concluded. I WANT to support a local one-screen experience Downtown, but how I miss the reopening days of this place when it was diversely curated and a human being sat in the ticket booth to welcome you into the Experience of The Queen. Her uniqueness is not being capitalized upon, regrettably.

She understands the concept of dance with the subtle queues of communication between a couple while dancing. She teaches this communication to her students. On the down side, I must say if you are a true beginner I would not recommend the beginner classes, they are fast pace and a little large. For timid personalities, I would recommend arranging a private dance class with some friends so you can get more one on one attention while you learn.

It was humungous hosting over a thousand tables. My kids and I love coming here because there are so many great deals and different varieties to include knives, accessories, etc. There was a small concession inside the building and a food truck outside. There are ATMs and restrooms conveniently located throughout the building. If you're looking for a firearm, this specific event will most likely have it. They come to the BCS a few times a year. I believe they're returning in October so don't miss out. They also do raffles to win prizes and a rifle.

She says that "everyone is an artist" and if she can make MY work look good, then anyone can go in and have fun with her. PLUS, you can bring your own drinks and food with you, so actually...maybe it was partially due to the Maker's Mark helping my inner artist come out! :) They have classes all the time for kids and adults, and new painting options are constantly being added. Parking was super easy - right across the street - and was FREE!!! Yup - that is right - NO FEE for parking for a show you are seeing on campus and literally right across the street! There is NO BEER OR BOOZE here so be forewarned. I understand it's a university campus so that might be the reason. Booze up before you head down to your show (or sneak some in, you ninja!). Also only vending machines reside on the first floor with no options for appetizers or wining & dining time. If sitting in the balcony (any of them) you may notice the sound not carrying all the way to your seats. We had a hard time hearing Jerry and the comedian who opened up for him. I wasn't sure if it was the sound system or if it was how far back we were in the top balcony. Either way, it was a struggle to hear some of the jokes in between the audience laughs and any commotion happening near our seats.
