Their prices are incredibly reasonable for the area, and I really have no complaints about the food or the selection available. My problem comes in the way of service. I've now had several not so positive experiences. The first one is that I was going to call for delivery, and they told me they currently had no drivers employed, so I wouldn't be able to have food delivered to my house. That's strike one. While it wasn't a deal breaker, I decided to go pick up our food instead. They told me it would be ready if 45-55 minutes. This is where they lost 2 stars for me. I arrived at the restaurant exactly one hour from when I called and they told me my food would be ready. When I got there, the cook looked at me and said they didn't even get to my order yet, it wasn't in the oven, and it would be about a 10-15 minute wait longer. 35 minutes. 35!!!! That's how long I waited ON SITE to get my food. They offered no discount. They offered no refund. They didn't even offer me a free drink. That was incredibly pathetic and we haven't been back since. Hope you all have better luck than me!
