His crew, led by Miguel, was excellent to work with and was basically at our house six days a week for a month. They were respectful of the disruption to our daily life and kept things as clean as possible. His bid was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive, but we went with him because of his calm demeanor, professional presentation, and no high-pressure sale.  It was an extensive project, so we moved out of the house during the construction.  Since we were out of the house, we decided to take advantage of the opportunity. We ended up gutting almost the entire lower level. Essentially Gregory built a new house, we went from approximately 2500 ft.² to approximately 4500 ft.². The project was not without its challenges as every person will tell you that has ever had significant construction, there are always problems, the difference is in how the contractor handles adversity. This is where his calm demeanor came to be quite reassuring.  We did have quite a few issues with rain getting into the construction area. The entire process took about a month due to rainy weather. My entire yard was trashed for that month. His workers were messy and used my flower pots as a trash, my outdoor furniture wasn't moved aside for projects and was covered with dust and dirt. They left their lunch in opened trash bags for my dogs to discover. My side trees were cut down 6ft without consultation and some of the cuts were not clean, but ripped off. I was constantly picking up screws, nails, paint chips and somehow they got paint in the dogs water bowl. Sloppy work, they dripped white paint on a black rug, and got paint on my back windows. They removed a piece of outside wood exposing the attic and did not cover it up until days later, after I had to notice it and call Bob. I'm not sure if this was a new crew or what, but there was no "care" taken in their work. I constantly had to call Bob for these problems, which was pretty lame because that was why I was paying him. Overall the repairs I needed done were done but I will not use this company for future house projects.

Andy and Alex are amazing!…read more I'll start by saying when I looked to do this remodel for my dad's bathroom I had a few companies that responded with similar and reasonable quotes... but I just really liked Andy. He seemed to be down to earth and honestly was the first one to reach out to me and was at my house on the same day giving a quote. Andy and Alex are fair priced, punctual, knowledgeable, clean (as clean as one can be during construction), respectful, creative and all-around great guys. They communicated everything (timing, cost, start, finish). They worked hard (even thru the weekend), stayed on schedule and they completed the project one day earlier than thought. How refreshing! Alex did a great job with his creativity in blending some of the floor material with the shower tile to break it up and give it some character. I appreciated his ideas. During the construction I was worried about our two fur babies, very curious cats. You know they get into everything. I was pleased as a pet owner, the crew made sure the cats did not escape. After I had paid and the project was essentially by definition done, but not 100%. I could've done the final touches (shower rod, touch up painting, cabinet knobs, sealing the new tile).... But Andy did return to finish and complete all of it. He also took out an extra 15 minutes of his day to install a new fan I bought for my bedroom at no cost, just being a nice guy. In addition to the remodel, we had extra ceiling lights installed and, as can be seen in one set of photos below, where the previous owner had an out-of-place Greek column covering support studs, Andy recommended we just seal the area with drywall, which we did. My wife and I could not be happier. The job was completed in a timely and professional manner and we could not be more pleased with the final product.
