Yet, what they delivered far exceeded our expectations in every way you could possibly imagine.
Tracy and Jen ran an extremely effective, efficient and profitable sale for my mother's estate. Despite some challenges with the weather, the event was an amazing success, thanks to their level of organization and resourcefulness. Throughout the entire process, from the pre-marketing, itemizing and cataloging of items online, to their ground-level marketing efforts, they were on it from day one. They worked tirelessly before, during and after to ensure a smooth estate sale with gross revenues that we were extremely pleased with.
Yet as impressive as the results were, the most meaningful thing about our experience with True Integrtiy Sales was not the event itself. Rather, it was the sincerity, courtesy, professionalism, and promptness of Tracy and Jen. They were extremely considerate to the sensitive nature of selling our beloved mother's furniture, household items and belongings. It was clear from the beginning, they put our needs and peace of mind, above anything else (even their own interests; I am not embellishing or exaggerating that in the slightest).
They also took exceptionally great care of the house. They staged the house in a very professional way that resulted in a highly organized event. Afterward, they tidied up the house to a condition even cleaner than it was before. They also assisted in the disposal of items that did not sell, communicating with their contacts and others within their network community to find a home for the remaining large items.
Throughout the entire process, they were always available and very responsive. When everything was said and done, they provided us a detailed report of the estate sale, breaking down the sales by category, as well as an executive summary of the entire process.
Given the various stages of caring for our mother, from helping her in her final days to settling her affairs on her passing, we could not have encountered nicer people than Tracy and Jen to complete our journey. They took a genuine interest in our mother's legacy in such a thoughtful and caring way. They were truly heaven sent and we will be forever grateful. I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant experience working with a service than I did with True Integrtiy Sales. Of all the positive reviews I have ever given in my life, True Integrity Sales is equivocally at the top. My family and I cannot endorse them highly enough.
