They worked tirelessly before, during and after to ensure a smooth estate sale with gross revenues that we were extremely pleased with. Rather, it was the sincerity, courtesy, professionalism, and promptness of Tracy and Jen. They were extremely considerate to the sensitive nature of selling our beloved mother's furniture, household items and belongings. It was clear from the beginning, they put our needs and peace of mind, above anything else (even their own interests; I am not embellishing or exaggerating that in the slightest). They also took exceptionally great care of the house. They staged the house in a very professional way that resulted in a highly organized event. Afterward, they tidied up the house to a condition even cleaner than it was before. They also assisted in the disposal of items that did not sell, communicating with their contacts and others within their network community to find a home for the remaining large items. Throughout the entire process, they were always available and very responsive. When everything was said and done, they provided us a detailed report of the estate sale, breaking down the sales by category, as well as an executive summary of the entire process. Given the various stages of caring for our mother, from helping her in her final days to settling her affairs on her passing, we could not have encountered nicer people than Tracy and Jen to complete our journey. As trustee for an estate, the responsibility of cleaning out the family home of 50 years was overwhelming. I reached out to True Integrity Estate Services based on their excellent Yelp reviews. My phone contact with Tracy was 100% positive. He clearly understood & was so encouraging! He was warm & friendly, offering exactly the help and support I needed. We arranged to meet, & I walked thru the house with Tracy & Jen. They were totally amazing, far exceeding my expectations. Tracy & Jen were kind, compassionate, sensitive, super friendly, organized and very experienced. They were a wealth of ideas and suggestions. I did not need to clean out closets, drawers, or the kitchen. They sorted, arranged, & set up the house like a boutique with price tags on every item. They took hundreds of photos & advertised extensively. Any items they found of personal nature, family value or meaning were set aside for the family to handle. This included cash, photos, keys, etc. The three day sale was a HUGE success! Everything they promised was fulfilled. I was given a complete printed report of the daily sales, and grand total. I worked with the wonderful folks at True Integrity after my mom passed away and we had to clear out her house. She had a lot of unique antique furniture and one of the things I noticed right away was their wealth of knowledge about every piece, down to the smallest items. They made sure that we got the right value for these items. Second observation was just how honest and decent they are. They found items of value that we never knew were there and reported everything. Third observation was just how much they go above and beyond in everything they do - from cleaning, staging and even organizing personal items for us that were not going to be part of the estate sale. They didn't have to do that but that's how good they are and it was so appreciated, especially in this transitional time after my mom's passing. Finally, they are relentless in finding solutions to get everything sold. After the estate sale was done, when certain pieces didn't sell, they didn't just leave us to figure things out on our own. They provided other alternatives for maximum exposure that went beyond the local community. And when we agreed that certain items would be more suitable for donating, they offered to pack up those items and deliver them...with no financial gain to them. A few weeks ago, my husband and I visited one of the homes run by True Integrity Estate. We enjoy these kinds of "yard sales" as they are usually a blast from the past and the treasures from times gone by are super unique. The owners seemed to share our enthusiasm.
