Ticket clinic rocks. Recently got screwed over by the Ticket Angels in Broward county a red light ticket paid that firm 85 dollars to go to court for me and they plead no contest ended up costing me an additional $270.00 in court fees. Around the same same time got into a minor fender bender received a reckless driving ticket. The same firm wanted handle it. I decided to go with the ticket clinic best choice I could have ever made!!!!! All charges dismissed no points, no court fees !!!!!!!! They have a customer for life hopefully won't need them again, but just in case!!!!!! PS. Their cost was cheaper than the ticket. read more

Got a right of way ticket at Nova drive and University drive. I was coming out of Home Depot (making a right) and the Davie officer (M Kealy) was making a u-turn. He went at the exact time as me and instead of tapping his brakes and being nice, he honked and gave me a ticket. It was a bang, bang play, but he wrote the ticket in front of all his buddies that were following him. What the Davie cops do, is travel in a pack, in a pattern, making U-turns along the way. My ticket has been dismissed, thank you Ticket Clinic. Please be aware of right of way tickets involving pedestrians and cops making u-turns. I have also purchased a dash camera. A good one is sold on Amazon, search "Black Box G1W-C" Get the capacitor version, does better in the heat. I have not been back to Davie except for a couple times. Please boycott Davie and cities that write dumb tickets. I visit Costco in Pembroke pines, buy my gas there, and Davie gets no tax money. Officer M, Kealy, you want to write a stupid ticket, fine, I'll stay away and you'll eventually be laid off as Davie gets no sales tax money from all the stuff I buy. Update 08/22/15 - Went back to Costco in Davie to see if they had an item. On the way I saw 2 Davie cops along the access road between University and Nova drive along I-595. The speed limit here is 45, I was doing 50 and didn't get pulled over. This is a trap because people exit I-595 heading East to Nova drive. If you don't slow down to 45, they're waiting with radar guns next to the cemetary. Just avoid Davie, it's very risky to drive there. read more

Horrible experience with the West Palm Beach, FL office. The legal assistant assigned to the case exhibited a clear bias towards the client, was rude, unprofessional, uncooperative, condescending, failed to deliver important messages from the client to the Attorney, misrepresented statements made during a phone call, would hang up on the client and was generally so unhelpful that there is a serious concern of how much effort was actually put into working the case. This was further reflected in the obvious disdain the LA exhibited towards the client when they called the firm to request a copy of the case file documents and materials. The Attorney assigned to the matter was no better. Again, a very strong appearance of bias, uncooperative, lack of communication, extreme difficulty in getting a meeting scheduled, and behaved as if doing the job he was hired & paid to do was somehow unreasonable. He would interrupt, speak over, yell and argue with the client and the clients' family members who attempted to help facilitate communication. There is zero confidence the Attorney and LA assigned to the case did the job they were paid to do and I regret not taking my business elsewhere. This is much more than the client being displease with the resolution of the case, this is strong cause for concern that not only was I ripped off, but that the lack of regard shown for the clients' interests impacted the outcome of the case in a profoundly negative way. In short, it reeks of negligence. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I ended up paying more than my ticket. I had contacted them to follow up and my court date was three weeks earlier and they had never contacted me about the outcome of my case. They said they would send me a letter with all of the information regarding my case. I got the letter two and a half weeks later with only three weeks to pay my citation which they knew two months ago. I will NEVER use this place again. I was better off going to do it myself. Worst customer service ever.. Got the notification that I had to pay a fine (plus I had to do online traffic school) on the 13th. It was due on the 15th! I didn't have time to mail it. I called to complain and ask for a partial refund. They wouldn't do anything and told me to pay it online.. I used their 'recommended' traffic school and it took forever! I don't recommend Ticket Clinic at all. I paid them $150, ended up with still paying citation fine and points deducted from Florida license. I recommend just paying the fine to the clerk of courts and taking a class to avoid points. read more

First of all: Filled with all Spanish people who can hardly speak English. Secondly: The Receptionist sucks big time. Understood that she is not a legal attorney but as she work for a law firm, atleast she need to know some stuff about it. But no, she does'nt know anything. She is so stubborn and would not listen to your case. She has a patent one liner: "Fill this form, give me your ticket copy and pay the money." She wont tell u anything about your ticket case, how they ll be handling it. What can be the worst consequences if they are not able to get rid of it. Nothing. Being a law firm, they dont make you feel relieved about your case. Thats the first drawback for any law firm. Thirdly: Even the supervisor or whosoever works inside wont give u good response. She will tell u the same thing which the receptionist tells u but will use more sentences. lol ... All stupid crap in put with different words. I would definitely not suggest to go to this particular location for your tickets. It sucks big time. read more

The ticket clinicis a scam. They did absolutely nothing but cost me money. If i had hired a real lawyer i would have won because my ticket belonged to someone else. They didn't even look at my ticket and said it wasn't their responsibility to look at my ticket and i ended up $600 for a speeding ticket that wasn't mine. And i had to go to driving school. Thankfully I am a good driver but those stupid cameras are everywhere and cause bougus tickets. Absolutely a waste of money. Paid over $60 for them to take care of my ticket. Original ticket was $256. Ticket reduced to $231 plus what I had to pay ticket clinic means I ended up paying $291 for a $256 ticket. My advice, go to the judge yourself, plead guilty, as for no points and pay the original fine. You end up saving some money that way..... It said we had 60 days to pay the court costs but by the time we got the letter we had about 5 weeks. Such a scam. read more

Horrible experience. I paid $75 to fight a "Red Light Camera" ticket (which originally was a $158 ticket but I had to wait for the second notice for the Ticket Clinic to fight it which resulted in the ticket to increase to over $200). Once this happened it took months to receive notice on what happened. Much to my shock and disappointment I finally received a letter in the mail saying someone appeared on my behalf in court and lost which means I am now responsible for $264 dollars in court fees. This means I spent $339 on a ticket that was originally only $158. I could have saved myself over $180 if I would have never gone through this worthless "law firm" in the first place. I was told my ticket will be dismissed since I dont have any tickets in the past 2 yrs and even if there was a fine or fee from the court, it will be less than the ticket cost but instead I got a email asking me to pay the ticket amount. When I contacted them I was told they couldn't anything as the cop showed up. Also I was told I will be refunded if the ticket was not dismissed and when I asked for a refund they simply rejected telling nothing can be done as its not their fault. Also I didnt get any court documents till date in mail and their email correspondence is very slow, they only respond after few followups. I should have gone with Ticket Angels who got my ticket dismissed for $50 fee few years back. Stay away from this company. read more

ill just pay the ticket and take traffic school next time. i was given a $150 ticket on a 50cc scooter for not stopping at a red light because i rolled a little bit before i turned. i though ticket clinic was the answer right? WRONG! $80 to hire them not bad...after a months or so i won the case and got hit with a $253 court fee which was ordered by the judge..now im in over $330. I wont be a return customer. I did not get any points on my license and insurance wont go up but in my opinion id rather have my money back. ill take the points and small couple dollars increase on insurance. read more

I had a minor accident not too long ago and received a ticket. The other party involved did not speak English. When the officer got there after an hour and a half of waiting, he only spoke to the other party and I felt like he didn't even want to hear what I had to say. Thankfully, I took photos as I had a feeling this might be an uphill battle. I contacted the ticket clinic by phone, but felt more comfortable going into an office since I felt my case was more complex. The wait was not long at all. I met with an assistant who listed to me without interrupting and explained the entire process. She looked at the photos and said I could e-mail them as well. I received notifications about the preliminary and actual hearing and was told I did not have to appear. My case was completely dismissed. I called a few days after the trial and was informed of the result and a letter came in the mail a few days later. I am very satisfied with the outcome. The only suggestion I would give is to perhaps have a better phone system. I called the office on US-1 and got directed to another office. I wasn't able to get back to the original person when I called back which is why I went in person. I still feel The Ticket Clinic deserves 5 stars. As a business owner myself, all businesses have a few areas they could improve on and The Ticket Clinic's positive attributes far outweigh the one area I think they could improve on. read more

i hired the ticket clinic to help fight a ticket. i will NEVER HIRE them again. i was never asked what happened, i wasn't informed when my case would be. i never received any notice of what was happening in my case, until now. my case went to court on the 2nd of April 2012. i paid 89.95, and i still have to pay a fine of 266.00. my ticket was for 281.00. so they only got it dropped down by 15.00. yet i was found not guilty. the only thing they did was get the court to withhold adjudication. i could have done that on my own. the officer that pulled me over almost caused me to wreck, and if i was asked by the attorney that handled my case he/she would have known my side. the officer was on the driver's side of my car, and when i would slow down to let him pass he would slow down, if i went back up to the speed limit he would match my speed. he finally swung over in front of me, but i had to swing over to the other lane to avoid hitting him. he had no lights on at all. when i passed him so i could make my turn, that's when he pulled me over and said i was speeding. if he was on the other side of the road like he says, then he would have been flying to make a u-turn and catch me. but if that was true he wouldn't have been able to pull me over right after i made my turn. so if i were you wouldn't use the ticket clinic. when i called to ask why i still had to pay a fine, i was hung up on. i looked up the owner of the ticket clinic, and i plan on complaining to him as well about how i was treated. i had one other speeding ticket, and when i hired an attorney, i paid 100.00, and never paid anything else. and i got the same decision as i did with the ticket clinic. only i was kept informed of my case and when my court date was. the ticket clinic never did that. i had a right to know when my case was going to court.
