Ok i have a very lengthy driving record dui,accidents tons of driving on suspended lic,i go through the hoops n get my lic. i get a ticket n dont go to court on it,so my license gets suspended,i call n its in collection its been over a year since i got the ticket,i contact collections over a grand,i dont want to.have to go to court due to other legal cases i have and been avoiding ,thats why i never went to court on the ticket . so i say the heck with it ,ill just pay collections.then somewhere that day i saw a ad from the ticket clinic ,so i give them a call n then go in to see them ,it was the ladys lunch break n she helped me instead of had lunch. i wa told it will cost 400 for my case. i said what the hell n paid ,filled out the paper work ,with in a week my license was no longer suspended,then i get a email about a month after i hired them ,telling me the case has been dismissed. so it dont matter how bad ur record is ,if its ur first ticket if its ur 100th ticket. there gonna go in there and do the best they can ,every one cant be won, but u have to make a decision do u just want to throw up ur hands and say im guilty n just take the conviction n fines or do u want to try to beat this ticket,if u wanna fight u gotta have representation,n u cant find better then the ticket clinic,cheap n convenient n there gonna fight for you. if it can be beat , they will do it, if it cant then they will fight untill its over,u will pay more for just taking 2 days off of work to appear in court,n if u hire another lawyer 150 200 even 400 wont even get ur case looked at so honestly hiring them and being able to still work those 2 days n not have to appear in court. pays for it self so ur getting free representation n a pretty good chance to beat it, if not u didnt lose nothing ,,its worth it ill go to them again and recomend everybody ,two thumbs up read more

They took my money and then sent me a letter with the tone of: GOOD NEWS! We were able to arrange for the Court not to assess a point against your license based upon you completing Traffic School. But you gotta pay court cost (which equal the same as the original ticket) and go to traffic school. So what benefit did I get from hiring you frakkin losers? Nothing. Nada. Zero. I would have had more respect for a firm that said: sorry bud, we went to court to represent you but we failed. You now owe just as much as before and like everyone else - even those that didn't hire us - you can go to traffic school and avoid points. Oh and btw, we are not refunding our fees even though we failed at what we claimed we were experts at. But no - these class-less wastes of protoplasm decided to sugarcoat their failure by trying to make me feel upbeat about the fact that in addition to paying Ticket Clinic hundreds of dollars I would also have to pay the full ticket, AND go to traffic school. Thanks for nothing - you are the reason lawyers, vampires, and used-car salesmen are all considered blood-sucking parasites. read more

Got a camera ticket for going through a "red turn signal." Would have cost me over $800 to pay fine and go to traffic school. Spoke with two "experts" who solicited my business, both claimed they could negotiate a charge and no points. Both felt I would still have to pay as much as $500 in fines + their $200 fee. The Ticket Clinic took the time to look at the evidence and immediately noticed the picture of the driver was not clear. Took them 5 minutes to figure that out. CASE DISMISSED - No Fine, No Points! All it cost me was their fee of $199. They care - Use them! read more

I got a ticket for not having insurance! After a month, I received a note by the mail from LB court that I am supposed to pay $1000!! I made a little search and decided to come to the ticket clinic. I met the awesome Rachelle who assured me they have a success rate of 80% in dismissing tickets. I paid them and after few months I received the great news. This review is about the ticket clinic in general. Do not trust these people at all. Everything about them is a lie. They don't have that 80% success rate as they claim. This happened to me and others that I have spoken to. My Case I ended up paying for my whole ticket plus traffic school and paid these people $200 that did not help my case at any level. When u get a ticket, definitely I recommend to fight it. Of course every case is different but in mine the ticket clinic was able to dismiss my ticket twice in a row. I want to precise the I am real person and my reviews is completely genuinely. They get from me 5 star for sure, but they need to work little bit more in comunication. If you have a camera ticket, don't use their service…read more I got a red light camera ticket and the bail amount is $486. My friend told me to hire a traffic clinic, so I found this company on Yelp. I paid $149 service and $149 document fee (total $298) for them to help with my case, and the agreement says that $149 service fee will be refunded if I lose the case. I got my verdict back and I lost the case. However, the court was able to reduce $252 for my fine. When I reach out back to them about my verdict, they said they couldn't refund the service fee because my fine was reduced even though I lost the case. Therefore, I end up paying $532 ($298 for this company + $234 reduced fine) with all these effort, which is higher than my original bail amount. Susie is fast and punctual, but the way how they handle their business is wrong. If you need a traffic clinic, go somewhere else.

I did not get my ticket dismissed, but I went against her advice, and they were still able to get me traffic school which keeps the negative points off of my license. Hopefully, for my sake, I never have to use them again but if I ever need a lawyer in the future I'll definitely contact them. Also, the fee was exceptional considering all the times I spoke with them on the phone asking the same questions over and over again. Great value!

The video showed I crossed the red light a fraction of a second after it turned red, it was a minor infraction, nothing I did was blatant, yet my ticket still ended up almost $300 after I already paid their $200 fee. IDK if they advocated for me or brought up any extenuating circumstances as I explained to them or just pleaded guilty on my behalf. Anyway it doesn't matter. That said, off the top I maybe saved $50 overall and potentially more because of no DMV points which would likely raise my insurance so that's really good! I just wish they could have brought the ticket price down a little more.
