Instead of giving real information, they made it sound like I'd get points just to push me into hiring them. Once I realized they didn't understand the law, I tried to cancel. I was told I couldn't get a refund because I had already paid, and they insisted the clerk's office wouldn't let me pay the ticket and cancel the court date -- which simply isn't true. This is an expensive garbage attorney firm. I hired them to handle two cases for me. One case went swimmingly. The second case which is also the older case is still ongoing.
