And I rarely ever leave reviews of any kind. Chad came up to me in the flooring area and offered to check me out at his register. I told him I had to go to the front and he offered to push my cart up as well as ring me up. After that, he offered to help me load my materials in my car. Whatever you do, please keep Chad around! The guy loaded them up and I drove off, again very friendly and helpful. My project started two weeks after that. My contractor went to open up the boxes and started to work. When he got to the third box, five out of six tiles were cracked or broken. My contractor told me they should stand by the tile and do an exchange. So I called them to let them know and that I was in the middle of my project and needed another box and that one box was broken, so would I be able to bring these pieces back and exchange for a new box? They informed me that once the tile leaves their store, they aren't responsible anymore! Do they think I enjoyed driving another 30 miles to deal with this in the middle of my project? So I asked I'm supposed to just buy another box with no assistance? She informed me that it was company policy! I asked her to talk to a manager, she came back and said, sorry we can't do anything for you. WOW! Thanks for letting me know you have such a crappy policy and ZERO customer service! I should've shopped at the TILE SHOP! Next time we will be.

Our…read moregranite started crumbling after a handful of years and because THEY don't have our granite anymore they said our only option is to pay $7,000+ for new granite... the "Project Manager" was very quick to reply with an estimate for $7,000+ dollars but has yet to respond to multiple emails attempts over three weeks when he was asked for an explanation on how they can have a lifetime warranty when they stop carrying granite... Clearly this company is only looking for the quick hit and not long term customers. I would highly recommend avoiding doing business with them based on the lack of standing behind their crumbling products, and the lack of customer service.

The slab layout was never discussed with me, which resulted in a crude layout that was not well thought out. I contacted my sales rep who replied that she understood why I wasn't pleased and that she forwarded my email to the manager and owner. I never received a response. To make a long story short, I continued to reach out until FINALLY the owner agreed to replace a section of slab (after two weeks of begging). This time they had me approve a visual slab layout, which I did, and then they installed it opposite of what I approved! After pointing out my displeasure for another mistake, I was told the sales rep or owner would call me. It has been two days and NOTHING. This is not a company who makes customer service a priority. Once they have your money, if you have an issue, do not expect a call back. You are out of luck. I will never recommend this company to anyone looking for countertops or cabinetry! STAY AWAY!!!

They assured me they could handle everything except for the hood installation which I had done by another professional that had to come back multiple times because of Home Depot's errors. I have been involved in dozens of kitchen remodels and I can tell you Home Depot and they're vendors failed multiple times on everything single thing they coordinated and were responsible for. Here's a small list of what went wrong: cabinet finish and size specifications, hardware workability and specifications, multiple site measurements, cabinet install, countertop install, plumbing install (flooding the room below because they didn't turn off the water line), trying to fix said flooding, backsplash install, caulking, electrical outlet moving multiple times, cabinet orders, multiple wrong material deliveries, multiple material retrieval and pickup without freight lists, door and drawer alignment, broken appliances, misalignment of cabinets, counters, and drawer pulls, ordering delays, cabinet parts still in my garage, multiple sets of cabinets filling up my house for months without picking up the extras, and weeks and months to return calls. It's now been over a year and it is not only still not corrected, they are not responding to my inquiries. I had to pay to eat out every meal for months because of their delays. Oh and by the way, the credit card with their name and logo on it, they claim no responsibility or control. Their incompetence cost me significantly and now they just won't even respond. I would never buy another install of anything from Home Depot, ever. This was the easiest of projects and they couldn't even handle that. Just say no to Home Depot.

They ruined the plaster on our walls and tried to tell us it was because the house was old. We had other windows installed by a different contractor without issue, so we know it wasn't due to the old plaster. The trim on the exterior wasn't appropriately applied and they used significant "gobs" of caulk to fill gaps. Cleanup was poor and I had to spend quite a bit of time sweeping and picking up nails in my yard. They tried to remedy, but the workmanship of the fixes left much to be desired and created additional issues. I would not use or recommend them.
