Does good work and uses only 3M tint. So far it seems to block the sun much better than regular, cheap tint.

Usually I take my cars to get tinted at another place. But I decided to give Marc a chance since he had the convince to pick my car up for me while I was working and complete the service. Though it took him a while to finish my car, I got all windows tinted with ceramic tint. It was very expensive. After a few months of having the tint, it started to bubble and look ugly. I contacted Marc since he gave me lifetime warranty. But since contacting he's been procrastinating. Giving me excuses after excuses as to why he's to busy or something is going on. He hasn't been able to provide my lifetime warranty. There is another review similar to mine and he calls it a "bs" review but I'm to assure you it is NOT a bs review. I thought I'd give this small business a try but I was wrong and should've stuck with my original tinting place. The business owner Mark gave me a terrible experience in which I lost money for his poor installation of a car wrap and tint. From the beginning he lacked communication, honesty, and fairness. This process spanned out within 2 months of him making false promises that he is experienced with a certain car wrap company. The final product was so poor that I had to get the car completely redone. Also failed to keep his word in several occasions like time frames, refunds, and even warranty. When I came to see progress after my trip I caught him working on another car instead of mine. Long story short don't trust this company or the owner. After waiting for my Tesla to come in for almost a year I quickly learned that tinting a Tesla is a totally different beast than the average car. The 3 most consistent tips I got was to find someone who has experience tinting a Tesla, that it requires a particular type of tint and with the heat in So Cal the entire top half of the car needs to be tinted being that it is all glass. I got a referral to Mark from The Tint Guys and I am so grateful! For one, he owns and drives a Tesla himself so when I asked questions he was knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the important details which then allowed me to make informed decision. His rates are competitive compared to the other quotes that I had gotten. When I got to the shop he was super professional and had a waiting area with Netflix on and was so nice to me! He also has the best deals! Bad experience water damaged my leather dashboard. My car is a 2021 mark said it's already too old and was already sun damaged. I checked with local upholstery shop and they said the leather shrinks with water. I have a picture of my dashboard before I took it in and you can straight tell the difference. Even if my leather dashboard was starting to shrink mark could have taken professional measurements to cover the dashboard when installing the tint. There was left over water marks on my cluster too, didn't even clean after installing. I tried to work with mark to see how he can help me fix this and he would not take responsibility, I don't think he has insurance. I at least asked him for my money back and he denied it, now I'm stuck with thousands dollars repair for my dashboard. I noticed left over debris in the tint I didn't even bother asking him about it. I doubt that he will honor the warranty on the tint. Either way I would not trust this guy with my car again. He has his wife working there and his kids running around. Would think twice before going here. read more

Bought our new Tesla model Y to Marc for a tinted job back in January, and it was a horrible experience. It took a couple of days for the job to be done. When we picked up the car, we noticed lots of bubbles. We told him, and he said because it stills wet, and if we park the car outside the bubbles will be gone. We park the car outside and the bubbles still there. We called him, and he blamed it on the weather sayings because it's not sunny, causing the bubbles still there. We called back several times before he offered to re-do the tint for the whole car again. Took him couples day, and when we picked up the car, we saw bubbles again. He had the same excuse blaming it on the weather. He saw how upset I got and offered a refund if the bubbles didn't go away in a week. We called him a week later asking for a refund since the bubbles didn't go away. First, he blamed it on us for not parking the car outside, then he went back and blamed the weather again. After couples days back and forth, he agreed to partially refund us but it will take couples days since he doesn't have money. Well guess what? Until this day we still haven't gotten any refund from him and every time we texted him he has a different excuse from being sick, allergies, kids in hospital, no money..etc...DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR TINTED!!! read more
