While waiting for my car wash I went back on the website on my phone and read it again and indeed it said free deluxe car wash. I showed the same lady that took my money and she said the website was wrong. I told her I wanted to see the manager and she said she was the manager and wouldn't give me a refund for the car wash. I called my friend and told her about this experience and specifically used the words "scam" and "ripoff", which seemed to scare the "manager". She ended up giving me the refund after I got off the phone. The service was pretty quick and no frills. I had to have them redo a few spots that they missed on the seats.
