The place is small- I'd say that more than 75 people would be pushing max density of this place. The parking lot is minuscule as well - maybe 10 spots, but there is tons of street parking. The hall is usually the haunt of the members of the KoC but they do rent it out so long as you do not break their rules, such as no profane music - it is a Christian organization after all. There is a small bar and a full blown kitchen so that you can have your party catered or do the cooking yourself. Overall a solid place to have a party. Parking in front.

I wish I could get happier about buffet lines, but I'm just not a fan. It's all about the way you call the tables up to get their food and there is no easy way unless you go table by table. Throughout the process, I was promised communication and meetings with different staff members, but no one ever followed through. Several times I was told someone would contact me, and they simply never did. The lack of professionalism was overwhelming. I also received contracts that did not match the amounts I had already paid in deposits, which made me extremely uncomfortable. & I refused to sign them so she said she was seizing any communication unless I signed it, As the event got closer, the situation kept getting more confusing and disorganized. Just seven days before my daughter's celebration, I was forced to find another venue at the last minute, which cost me additional money and caused a lot of unnecessary stress for my family. I later learned that others have had similar issues, including a friend of mine. I truly wish I had known this beforehand. Planning a Sweet 16 is a big deal in our community--we save, we plan, and we put our hearts into creating something special for our daughters. Instead, this experience left us disappointed and financially impacted. I am requesting a refund for the deposits I paid, and I hope no one else has to go through the same experience I did. I am currently reporting her to the BBB I read reviews similar to mine!!!!! Beware...... I want ALL of my money back!!!!
