He took me right away and had the tire off like a NASCAR pit crew. He put the tire on the machine and couldn't find anything. Then he took the tire off and inspected the inside. He still couldn't find anything but he said that there was corrosion on the rim. He proceeded to wirebrush the entire rim on both sides. When he was done he put it all back together, and reinstalled it. I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes. After all that he only charged me $20. The best part? The tire hasn't lost any air since. Thanks guys!

They didn't have the right size tire but he was able to direct us to the Sam's club down the road who did. He filled our tire up twice just to make sure we could get us to where we can get it repaired. He even offered to go to Sam's club and get the tire. He told me I could have a tow truck bring my car to him and that he'd charge me double. I never said I wasn't going to pay -- I was just trying to understand why the price was so high. Instead of explaining professionally, he became rude and told me to just go somewhere else if it was a problem. I wasn't trying to start an argument at all, but the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and unnecessary. Because of his attitude, I ended the call. Very unprofessional customer service. I understand mobile services cost more, but there's no excuse for talking to customers that way. I will definitely not be using this company and wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.
