This last time I took my vehicle there for them to fix several things, and they only addressed a few of them And ended up making problems much worse, causing my vehicle to leak a lot more oil and start leaking radiator fluid when it didn't have a leak prior to going there. They blamed it on defective parts, which had been in a vehicle for over a year with no issue. Their recommendation was to take it somewhere else because they could not fix it. I'm not sure what has changed over the years, but I would no longer recommend this place. 6/30/26 - UPDATE - my truck that had a small oil leak that would require me to put a quart of oil in maybe every 3-4 weeks now is going through more than 7qts in a 2 hour drive. Got charged for the services to fix the problem and ended up costing me $50+/day in oil + whatever it is going to cost to fix what he broke.

The lady I spoke with quoted me $100, which I honestly thought was extremely high. I mentioned that it seemed ridiculous for a tire plug, but I still agreed to pay the price because I needed the service. At some point, the repair guy grabbed the phone from her and immediately started speaking to me with an attitude. He told me I could have a tow truck bring my car to him and that he'd charge me double. I never said I wasn't going to pay -- I was just trying to understand why the price was so high. Instead of explaining professionally, he became rude and told me to just go somewhere else if it was a problem. I wasn't trying to start an argument at all, but the way he spoke to me was disrespectful and unnecessary. Because of his attitude, I ended the call. Very unprofessional customer service. I understand mobile services cost more, but there's no excuse for talking to customers that way. I will definitely not be using this company and wouldn't recommend them based on this experience.

He took me right away and had the tire off like a NASCAR pit crew. He put the tire on the machine and couldn't find anything. Then he took the tire off and inspected the inside. He still couldn't find anything but he said that there was corrosion on the rim. He proceeded to wirebrush the entire rim on both sides. When he was done he put it all back together, and reinstalled it. I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes. After all that he only charged me $20. The best part? The rental car company would send a tow truck and give a ride to the closest location. Not an optimal situation and one that would likely take hours. Joe came out immediately and was super helpful. They didn't have the right size tire but he was able to direct us to the Sam's club down the road who did. He filled our tire up twice just to make sure we could get us to where we can get it repaired. He even offered to go to Sam's club and get the tire.
