As I understand it, Mary has recently retired from working with Albuquerque school systems as a teacher, where she was very involved with her school's garden. She is now parlaying her love of fresh, healthy food into her catering/food truck business . Its obvious that Mary is deeply committed to serving absolutely delicious, healthy food to her customers. We had a simple tomato soup that was so good I just couldn't get enough of it. Fresh food, properly seasoned is just something my body longs for. I feel so much better after I eat it. I wish I could give you better info on where to find Mary and her Lil Red Bird Food truck, but I don't know the schedule or locations that she visits.
