Looks like a family business and the front area is small so with covid restrictions it's only 1 customer at a time. Was greeted by a friendly gent upon entering and they have a small change area for you to use right behind the counter if required. He asked me if I wanted the hem length to break (slightly longer with a small crease in the pants) or just straight to the heel (for a cleaner/polished look). I really appreciate this level of detail and have never been asked this in over 25 yrs of getting pants hemmed. My questions about taking in an OTR suit were also well answered. I will definitely come here for all my future tailoring needs.

I asked how can this happen, and being a long time customer I expected a resolution, instead the owner told me "I should be more careful when u wear my clothes and they only dry clean, not miracles"! this is the second time I have brought my item to this place. the first they did not clean it after a week and I had to rerurn to pick it up when I pointed this out to them on the spot. that time they did not destroy it. Aboud this place by All cost, you will be scammed to think you items have been cleaned and if it is cleaned it will be destroys and the owner will blame you for bringing in your items to be cleaned. this is Not a professional establishment and they have no recourse for their scams towards customers!! I have used their services twice so far - previously a couple of weeks ago, and just this week after my previous set of cards ran out. In both cases I had 500 business cards printed. PrintMe has delivered business card printouts quickly and effectively, which was critical for me as a small business owner doing a lot of seasonal work - I depend on door to door sales and handing out business cards to acquire work and pay. The timeline that was quoted to me for the prints was sometime next week, which was good - yet in spite of that they finished it this week on the very next day, ahead of schedule so I got to do door to door sales an extra day or two ahead of schedule. I appreciate their work and would recommend them for anyone who needs business cards. They do other prints as well. Definitely worth checking out! I decided to give them a 5 star rating, since it seems their business has been quite underrated by some. Farzana was very friendly and approachable at the counter, and a great help as well. As an additional note, I would be skeptical about the review left behind by Maheen K. First, his review account says he is from San Francisco, in the United States. As PrintMe Toronto is located in Scarborough, Ontario in Canada it is doubtful that he has ever gone to them for prints as it would not be cost effective or sensible or time efficient to have a business from Ontario shipping printed designs all the way to San Francisco.
