Made an appointment two weeks ago TWO WEEKS, ordered the parts, called to confirm Friday and hippy Skippy it gonna happen! 8am this morning we drop the truck off at the trailer shop, all is fine and dandy, said "yes sir Mr. K! Should be a 2hr 2 1/2 hr job at the most. Call ya when she's ready!" Alright alright! 1:45pm rolls around and still no phone call... Husband calls "hey there, Just checking on the status of my hitch."........." uuuuh...Sorry sir but we haven't gotten to it yet..." SAY WHAT!? "Well, we didn't think you would have the right parts so we sent both or techs to grand junction today" Dave explains to them this is unacceptable, and he needed this done TODAY. The guy on the other end got pissy and said that that wasn't HIS problem UH, YES THE F*** IT IS, SCOOTER!! Fast forward to 415pm and we drove down there, The truck has not moved from the spot he parked it at 8am!! He lost his ever lovin' mind!! BUT WAIT..THERE'S MORE! Pretty much told them that their company was as useless as tits on a goldfish, the manager said she'd keep the two techs that apparently have to hold hands and not get appointments done, and finish it tonight. Suuuure. As I'm turning off the highway...the call... "Uh sir, you still have the rails on from your other hitch and...well, the thing is...we just don't feel comfortable doing the job...so, guess you can come back and get your truck tonight. I spent $3,000 at other local Pueblo car dealership for multiple issues and I was finally referred to T's by a family member and I spent less than $700 and my car was fixed. My car is old so it runs into problems often and T's is the ONLY place in Pueblo that will fix it for a VERY good price and will have it done so quickly. Each time my car has never taken more than 2-3 days MAX! They ALWAYS call and approve w me before they do any work on the car about price and parts even if something comes up, they will call. Although they did not have the tires in stock they could get them ordered and received, mounted and balanced the next day Friday. I took it to RoMoBoCo because they said they were able to get it in sooner than anywhere else I called. They made me an appointment 2 weeks out but said if I dropped it off a week early they might be able to get to it sooner - so I did. However, they did not get to it until 1 week AFTER my scheduled appointment. They found a few issues and quoted me a repair price, plus they needed to order parts. I told them to move forward. It took two weeks for the parts to arrive (or at least until they noticed the parts were received) and once they did it took another week for them to complete the repair. In total this place had my boat for 5 weeks, nearly half of the summer. They rarely called and updated me on the status. Instead I would call every couple of days and they would give me an expected completion date. On that date, I would call and they would tell me they weren't able to get to it as they have been super busy. This happened probably 7 or 8 times. When my boat was finally done, I showed up the next day to pick it up and had to stand there for 15 mins while Scott finished the paperwork that was not done. Then he gave me my bill and it was a couple of hundred dollars higher than quoted. I questioned this and he explained that the technician didn't know the extent of the work until he opened it up (motor). At this point I was pretty agitated. Between all of the delays and the cost higher than quoted, I was not happy. Scott ended up taking 10% off of the bill, but that amounted to $150 which doesn't make up for the 5 weeks I didn't have my boat. Additionally, he told me they have had so many problems with scheduling that they are no longer providing timelines or estimated durations for service. What? From a scheduling perspective they are so inept that they can no longer provide duration estimates for jobs? What kind of service business works like this? In summation, I chose them because they could get to my boat the soonest. However, what they told me was complete BS, and there were other places I could have used that would have gotten it in sooner, had they been accurate and transparent with their scheduling and backlog. YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS PLACE.

Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you're looking for a shop in Pueblo that you can trust--I highly recommend Nordics.

Waited long time to post this. This was years ago now,but I…read morestill get angry every time I think about the time I got f#c*#ed Got ripped off! Went in for 2 cv axels on my Chevy volt reports back to me saying only one was completely busted but other was fine for now. He suggested just replacing one But I told him go ahead and replace both I got the car and thought all was well. Then just 1 year later the other cv axel goes out. Completely torn busted with ground up metal and clicking,the rubber was visibly aged a lot more than the other side which was flawless and new still. These are supposed to last 80- 150k My car was over 150k when one had finally busted. Anthony decided to charge me for both of them and lie to me and just used the one cv axel he advised me to get! it ended costing me another $600+ to go to breaks plus and they did it in just a few hours as a walk in. This guy is seriously mental and he was kinda rude to me throughout our interactions and it took 2 weeks to fix he just kept putting me off and kept giving me new time frames and costed $860 plus lost time at work so more like over 2k for just one single $140 part to be installed after not having any transportation or car to do my pizza delivery job with. He knew I was financially struggling at the time and took full advantage of me.
