Apparently my friends and I were really kinky in college, as I swear I spent more time in sex shops in college than any other point in my life. Been here a few times and I have to say that the atmosphere is comfortable and not sketchy like other toy shops. However I never knew that they do not accept returns or exchanges! (Until my most recent experience) My husband and I were not told this when we purchased our items, ever. Had we known that, we would have done better research. We were told that they do not do "cash returns, only exchanges." They even have a sign on the wall that stated this! We wanted to return/exchange a toy that was not pleasurable, in fact it was painful, and then just stopped working after the 2nd use (after reading online reviews the general consensus is that toy is a bust). I guess the older man who originally helped us was misinformed? I have bever been so disappointed in a company as this one. What has happened to good customer service? I have been utilizing this company for years. I recently bought an expensive item, and the sales girl has waisted on me many times. This girl specifically told me if I didn't like it, that I could return it another item. I do no't live close by, but make the trip. When I explained to this girl the problem, she said I couldn't exchange it. I was shocked. We frequent late at night and the clerks on the graveyard weekend are very helpful and have bought most of our stuff based on their suggestions. I have always seen the sign on foothill but never knew where it was or how it looked like. So deciding to check it out I came here and was surprised how nice it was here. Entering the store you can go either right or left depending on what you want to look at. Only come here if you want toxic toys and chemical burns. There's no return policy either. I Came into this place to buy some toys for myself, I Bought a "fleshlight" and a "pipedream extreme" pair of boobs. When I came home and opened the products they smelled like horrible toxic chemicals and burned my skin. I did research online and found out that I wasn't merely allergic to the material as I've never really been allergic to anything at all. The chemicals in the toys, are manufactured with toxic phthalates. I spent around $500 on these toys thinking they would be safe to use. I knew when I called they wouldn't let me return the products once I opened the boxes. I just called them anyway to hear what bs they had to say. The young girl at the front just told me over the phone I should have done my research but they don't have an official website online to do so. Google doesn't allow reviews to posted about this business either. As I was paying when I first purchased the products, the old lady with a big ol bouffant laughed in my face in a real obnoxious way as I handed her my credit card. There were so many red flags everywhere, I wish I would've paid attention to these red flags before conducting business there. The unprofessionalism was like they were characters out of fear and loathing in Las Vegas. I don't want anyone else going through this same horrible experiences I had with them. It's worth the time to do some research to make sure you're getting non toxic products for your own health and safety as well as not getting scammed before you buy anything from them. The box on the "pipedream" product said phthalates free but that wasn't the case. The official ones use a patented product called Fantaflesh, and did not come with the DVD as advertised on the official website. The "Fleshlight" I purchased when I opened the product didn't have official Fleshlight lube it had ID glide. I found out after researching many Internet forums saying that the knock off "Fleshlight" products have other brands lubes in the box. There's probably no way I can get my 500 bucks back but if I can warn anyone out there looking to visit this shop, I urge you to give your business to businesses that sell products that are approved and safe to use. I've not only heard that men's products can be toxic but female products can be as well. Anyone looking for these types of toys need to know what they are exposing their skin to and potentially putting inside their body that can cause all kinds of reproductive harm. It appears this establishment is only trying to make a quick buck without concern for their customers or public safety. There are so many ethical issues here by selling these types of products; some of which which are, promoting bad business practices and contributing to environmental and health concerns. I believe something should be done preventing the distribution of these harmful products. Okay I'm a little torn on this review. I give three stars because they do have such a large selection, and are open 24 hours! The rating starts to get lower from there. The parking lot is a little dark for my liking, Meh I can deal with that. Inside is nice and well lit with a ton of selection and variety. The customer service can use a little work. A male employee who we encountered was nice, but not super informative. We purchased some lube there and was assured that it was top of the line yadda yadda won't dry out or get sticky blah blah, but when we got home, it was horrible!
