With our large wedding party, plus 3 photographers and 2 videographers I was worried, but we just fit--and it worked out perfectly! The bus arrived at our hotel exactly on schedule, and it was incredibly easy to find. We were able to bring anything we needed--drinks, food, bags, and personal items--knowing the driver would stay with the bus while we had our ceremony and traveled around the city for photos. The lighting and music were fully adjustable, which made the ride such a fun and memorable part of the day. After our ceremony, we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne (which was so good!) along with cups and napkins. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the moment feel extra celebratory. Our driver was absolutely incredible--professional, friendly, patient, and so helpful with anything we needed. I'm not sure how many of each type of bus they have (in total it looks like they have 14 different buses and they also have some limos too), but they said that their vehicles book up pretty quickly and pretty far out in advance. So we made sure we booked relatively soon after we spoke to the representative. Sure enough, about a week after the expo, we made our booking and there were only two buses left for our initial date. One was too small and one was just right. It was $200 up front towards a $950 price tag in total. Fairly reasonable because at the time, we were looking to go to multiple destinations to take photos. Con: That summer, we decided to move our wedding to the following year. Dream Limousine was very understanding with the circumstances and moved our booking to our new wedding date. As we got closer to our wedding date, we also had to move to a different venue. This part was somewhat of a challenge, because getting a hold of them and explaining the new schedule was difficult and we seemed to be communicating through sticky notes left by the secretary to the manager. He made a bit of a big deal about picking us at a different time, when it was only an hour difference from what we previously had. It also ended up being easier for the river because we simply wanted to get driven around, we didn't need to stop at destinations for photos anymore either. Pro: The bus was very comfortable and worth the money. Everyone had a comfortable seat and easy access to the beverage we brought. We had room for the coolers and could also use the built in coolers in between the rows. There are ample amounts of cup holders as well throughout all of the seats. No bathroom on our model that we rode one, but that was okay. The sound system was really great too for us to jam out on our brief adventure on the roads. We were very thankful to have Dream Limousine for wedding needs!

The female driver Tonya was driving on her cell phone(Facebook) and swerving all over the road. She also told the passengers "Don't act black because you know they don't like us." There an actual video of her horrible driving. To top that off the two drivers had a huge verbal disagreement in front of everyone. Which made everyone uncomfortable and more fearful of riding the bus. So before you use this company please be aware that the safety of the passengers is not a priority.

We agreed to the 8 hour minimum for a large bus, although only looking for a max of 2 hours. My now wife supplied a credit card for payment over the phone. The bus arrived at the end of the reception and requested cash up front and in full. No ATM would dispense that much cash and is not something we prepared for or were told would be required. After being hung up on and follow up calls by the driver, my credit card was eventually used in combination with cash from some of our guests. I would have been more than happy to have cash ready, something we did for another vendor that night, but this was never communicated. In fact, it was the opposite with our credit card on file and in hand that night (my wife's credit card information was printed on our reservation). Not a happy end to the evening when dozens of friends and family were counting on a ride back to their hotel that may not happen. Wild that the business would put the groom of the wedding in a position to scramble and argue last minute to make it happen.
