The lion's mane, on the other hand, was very juicy on the inside but wonderfully crisp on the outside. For the main courses, I ordered the Australian Rack of Lamb. It included some snap peas and I think broccolini that provided a nice crunchy and snappy contrast to the lamb. The potato cake was very strong with its goat cheese flavor but worked well with the lamb and the veggies. The lamb itself was a little tough but very well seasoned and had a nice flavor. Other members of my party had ordered the chicken and the arctic salmon, and they also enjoyed their entrees. Somebody didn't opt into the Magical Dining menu and had ordered the Chapman Chicken Meatballs. She absolutely loved them. They seemed more fresh than what was on the MD menu. We ordered our drinks and after so long of not seeing them we decided to look for them. Turns out they were left with a group of guys at the bar. My friend was so uncomfortable because she's had bad experiences with her drinks being left unattended. We still ended up drinking them after the guys eventually left the bar. They were very bland, weak, and sweet. For $10 happy hour getting a sus drink that tasted like melted ice- big nope. I will never be going back.
