I asked them to come at 10a or earlier and they arrived at 11:15a. Communication was not strong. There were 3 guys and they thought the garbage bags were too heavy for them to carry while my husband had carried them all by himself a couple weeks ago. Then they saw all the cardboard boxes they needed to carry and said it was too much work and they couldn't do it. Waste of time. Dont do it! I had some junk in my driveway from my father passing away and needed it removed to get rid of the eyesore. Called trash busters and got a reasonable quote. $249 to remove a large tote full of garbage and 2 mattresses with box springs. There was a little confusion at first when the driver arrived as to the cost but once clarified the quote they went to work. They took the items that I needed gone but had to go and remove the large items from their truck to get the rest. Admittedly I was a bit unsure if they would return for the rest but they came back less than an hour later to remove and clean the driveway. Pictures posted here for clarity on the job done. This is a very filthy and frustrating job, I was an appliance hauler for many years and had to deal with some nasty stuff, so I understand the necessity to modify the way things get done. Bottom line is the job was done at the quoted price within an hour. There are negative reviews here and I can say my experience wasn't like that. read more

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! . I had the worst experience ever firstly they quoted me $200 and kept changing the time that they were coming. When they got here, they tried to charge me an extra hundred dollars and I said I was quoted $200 not $300. One of the movers said to me well I'm not doing it for under 300 and you need to give us a big tip. I then went to call the manager and one of the movers came out and said no no no it's OK. We'll do it for 200. They damaged the inside of my house and literally took one of the couches and threw it down the stairs of my house and damaged the gate. I called the manager the next day and file the complaint and requested a partial or full refund. He said I would be getting it by Tuesday and it is now the end of the week and I've heard nothing from the company. They don't even deserve one star. They promised to refund my money and all week they've been saying the money will show up and it never did. A week later I was told that management spoke to the movers, but because the items were taken away, they refuse to refund me. They refuse to take responsibility for damaging my house or for the quality of service. read more

Well, I can see why they have a 3 star review. Had a 2 hr window. It got automatically moved 20 min before the end of the 2 hours, then once again, they didn't show up. Perhaps don't overschedule yourself & waste peoples time. Believe it or not, we have better things to do than sit around waiting for you all to arrive while dealing with a stressful move. The worst experience ever! I called the owner, the owner himself was professional. He came out to view the junk that needed to be picked up. The owner quoted us a price that both parties was okay with. Handshaked and agreed. Okay cool! He a man of his word and a legit businessman. We set a time and day, perfect. We even asked how can we pay? He gave a few different options, and cash was the best option to do. $500 we agreed upon on the services and what he seen as junk. We asked about his workers and if it was okay with giving them cash. He said oh my guys are legit, I will let them know the price. The day comes, 8am and the employees are there. They gave us a completely different quote additional $300. We responded absolutely not, that was not the contract. The movers left and took 3 hours to come back. Extremely unprofessional. I would like to start off this review by saying that I could only imagine how strenuous and demanding this job is. Nonetheless, my family and I had a difficult experience with them. I am only writing this review to warn others to NOT waste their time nor money with this business! First of all, they were late. They did call ahead of time to let us know, so I am not entirely upset about their lack of punctuality. They explained that they were running behind schedule due to no space in their truck after their first haul. Therefore, they had to make an unexpected stop to clear the truck and then head back over to us. But when they arrived, there was a big bin full of items and a table taking up space in their truck. Then one of them rudely told us that the items we discussed yesterday during the quote would be extra because it would not fit in their truck (which as mentioned before, was already filled with items that did NOT belong to us). This was concerning because they claimed that they were going to clear the truck to make room for our belongings, which was their reason for them being hours late. One of them also claimed that the items we discussed yesterday weren't a part of the pick up and would cost extra. Whether it was a lack of communication between the employees or a futile attempt to make more money, we felt that there must be a better process to prevent future disagreements. I would recommend having all of the items discussed during the quote documented prior to pickup. Based on past reviews, it seems as if this wasn't the first time this occured and it could be one of their tactics to haggle you. I could go into more detail about this unpleasant exchange, but I would only be wasting more of my time. You can refer to past reviews about how rude and unprofessional they are. Take this into account prior to allowing the employees into your home where you and your loved ones live. Sketchy people.......... They were so nice on the phone. Gave me a quote of $200-220 to haul away 1 queen size mattress/box spring and a small love seat/chaise sectional. They email me the invoice right after the phone call and the quote is now $250! I text them about it and say I am ok with the $250 because of all the stairs. (I live on a second floor walk up) But also say, it better not change the pick up day. They text back, saying $250 is firm. I check Google reviews and Yelp reviews. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told me to be READY TO GO at 9:15am sharp. Kept repeating how I needed to be on time and prompt and only had from 9:15-11:15am. They never showed for the window of 9:15-11:15am. I called to check on when they would come at 9:30am when no one came. Then called a second time at 11:30am. They gave excuses for the delay but not once did they bother to call to let me know they would be late or just not show up. They tried to say "We will try to come sometime today". When I said I had plans for the day as I work and had scheduled off to have the junk removed and I wouldn't be home the man said, "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?!?"
